Mail a lot of eBay stuff through here and never had any issues. Odd hours but a little town.

We are waiting for our license plate tag renewal cards and I think we are not getting them because the DMV won't except a PO box as an address. The last post master knew about this and did a great job at getting us our mail I think everyone who is having a problem with them now should call up the post master for Aurora and complain about how lazy and unperfecional the employees are at the post office in Deer trail!

I have informed delivery so I know what to expect. I never get my Costco catalog and frequently don't get mail pieces. The boxes are not maintained either. The parcel keys are worn to the point you can't retrieve your package. Someone needs to audit this post office.

Please do something about the post office clerk. There have been so many times I have had to ask for a package that I know was delivered. Sometimes I get them, mostly I dont. It's getting expensive and honestly, its embarrassing to the post office.

Wish I could give 0 stars!! Deanna was a Rockstar. I loved her and am sad she's gone. Since Deanna has left I have had nothing but issues. I have the USPS Informed Delivery going to my email, so I know what I'm suppose to be getting and haven't gotten any of it since Deanna left. Both the driver and post master seem very unhappy with their jobs and it is an inconvenience for the them to do the bare minimum. I didn't even have this many issues when I first got here with my address change. I have tried talking to the new lady and she taps her foot at me and acts like I'm asking her for her first born child. It is a federal offense to mess with anyone's mail and the guy that delivers is the WORST. If you get mail and it doesn't have your po box he immediately send back to sender knowing good and well that the person lives out here. It is a SHAME that people act like its an issue to do their job that they signed up for!!

Worst post office ever. I have owned a home in this town for over 2 years and this has been the worst experience ever. It all did start at the beginning of my move figure it world get better but now has got worse. Post always is always close even on “open hours”. Multiple packages missing and letter. Tried talking to store rep and she was nothing but rude, kept arguing. I asked for her information “name” to file a report and denied. Post office being part of a government service should train employees better.

I've lived in town for 5 years, always had a p.o. box since I've lived here. Friendly people work here, and I've only had one issue getting my mail. Ups tried to deliver my package at a time the post office was closed. I learned from that if youre getting something Fed ex or UPS just put your physical home address and you'll get it. If it's just regular mail, you'll get it at the post office.

It's a 'power play' for the folks at the post office - you're forced to use the address of the post office + PO Box, if you're not along their route. It's a frustrating system. Everyone should have a validated USPS address, whether it's the physical mailing address or not. Personally, I can handle adding the PO Box number at the end of my VALIDATED address!

They refuse to deliver mail on time even when paid for. The person delivering mail only delivers two days a week it seems.
Also the people that work in the post office are RUDE and act like your typical government employee.
