Not sure what has changed in the last five months. Unable to get access to my unit since security was put in , my code has never worked. I used to drop my checks off at drop box on building since I work in Montrose and they are not open when im off. When I suggested that the drop box be moved to the outside of gate. I was told that is wasn't possible since that is someone else properly. There is a pole with the key pad to enter gate if you had the code. Then they said to call the # on sign if my code doesn't work or put my check in mail box by highway. 🤨 I was emailed that I continue to make my checks to uhaul and the are allsafe. What ? I sent photos of duplicate's showing I have never once made a check out to uhaul then for last two months they email me stating they have not received payment but if I give my credit card info they will waive late fee. I see they can't even do that responsibly by the reviews. Went camping without my kitchen stuff. Hopefully my unit isn't invested with mice.

Terrible service . Overcharged multiple times on different transactions. Big mouse problem that will ruin your things . They claims it’s your problem as it’s outdoor storage. I removed 8 dead mice a top of my things more dead under that wall where I couldn’t reach. Horrible service .

We actually really like the lady who runs this business. But the reason I gave a 4 star is because they never answer the phone. Even if you call and call and call noone seems to want to answer

We rented a storage unit from them for 8 months. The price was reasonable, it has good security and nice people in the office. Very happy with our experience.
