I rented a tool and returned it about a week ago and still haven't got my funds back. When I did it they said it would go back on my card instantly. Then I called to see where it was and the guy on the phone said that's not how it works. Then why are employees saying instantly? It's the only money I have and wouldn't have done it if I knew. Now my bank is saying it went back on but auto zone took it back out... shady business. Advance auto is better. And there's plenty of other parts stores around. I definitely won't go back.

came to this autozone to get a crank sensor for my buddies grand cherokee luckily they had in in stock. BUT i was given unsolicited and incorrect diagnostic information from a cashier. As an ASE certified tech i tried to be nice to the guy and politely explain how that doesnt make sense and the sensor he was referencing was for the 4.0L not the 5.7L but he insisted that i was incorrect. I point blank asked him to get me the part so we could be on our way the guy had an attitude from that point on. Which was super unprofessional.

We had battery issues on our 2014 Jeep Rubicon. I don’t remember the Gentleman name but he was Hispanic, and he was very helpful to include changing out the battery for us. Great personal service and super friendly. We were comping away from home and he was a lifesaver.
