Drop-off service only inside Safeway. They don't provide any other services including printing labels. Packing supplies are only available via Safeway. Hotchkiss has a full-service Fedex partner.

I received a package at my address, last week, that was slated for another address. The package was clearly lwft at the wrong address. It was addressed to 750 Grand Ave and left at 755 Grand Ave. I called FedX and gave them the tracking number and explained what happened. The package is still here, a week later. I'm sure it's very important to the person waiting for it.

It's a drop off site. Not a FedEx facility. If you have a prepaid package, leave it here. If you need services, this is not the place. The drop off was completely professional.

We used FedEx to do express shipping. They are constantly trying to deliver during lunch hour or when we are closed. I contacted the local hub and was told that they couldn't change the delivery time because they are too busy. I guess they will not need to deliver to us anymore so maybe they can be more responsive to other business customers.
