“This is definitely an old school type of gym with traditional equipment that will always lead to a great pump! The only thing I’ve noticed is they don’t have yoga mats for stretching or warming up on the floor and only one very used foam roller. The “sauna” is just a small room with a wall heater that blows out lukewarm air. Definitely not a sauna. Like many people, I like to warm up and also end my workouts in a sauna so that would be a nice addition! The staff is super friendly and nice!”
