Susie with Universal Funding was absolutely wonderful to work with. She was patient and kind through out the whole process. Universal Funding is the Mortgage Lender in Delta County who took the time to work with us to review the different options to help us get into our first home. I came to Susie twice once when the market was crazy and I had to wait then the second time she just iced me out for no reason.... Would not answer my emails or calls I personally need someone dedicated to get me to where I need to go. I wanted to get something going while the market was low but I was so unimportant that they are going back up now and I will find a lender willing to take on the task and truly help me. Best of luck to people trying to find your forever home

They helped me buy my first house and got me at pretty sweet deal with rates and got everything done pretty quick. Taneal Mautz was my mortgage broker and she is very good at her job and keeps up with everything daily. I would highly recommend using this company if you’re trying to buy your first house or a house.

If you are looking for a real person that knows the business and can guide you through the process, you should have Susie on your team. Susie worked directly with our real estate agent from our initial offer through the negotiations and was with us at the closing to make sure every detail was covered. She walked through the available loan options and proved to be an excellent resource making sure we were completely satisfied with the product we selected and with the home we purchased.
