My 80 year old Grandma went into that location for a new phone, she got a new phone and a few accessories. She had thought that she had paid $400.00 towards her new phone as a down payment and then bought a case, a couple charging cords, and a screen protector, my mom is the account holder to the phone plan and she also has helps with her finances, she saw that my grandma was charged over $600.00, my grandma was under the impression that she paid for the phone and the accessories. My mom then noticed charges on the phone bill and after talking to my grandma and my grandma telling her that she had paid for the phone, my mom got concerned because she thought that now my grandma got charged and she was getting charged. She finally got to speak to someone regarding everything and she found out that the only thing that my grandma paid for was the accessories. She had asked the guy that she was talking to to email her the itemized list of what my grandma had paid for, she has yet to receive the email. Both her and myself tried calling the store but no one answered about 45 minutes ago, I stayed on the phone letting it ring for about 10 minutes before I just gave up and hung up. I just tried calling again about 10 minutes ago at 4:30pm, and same thing, it's just ringing and ringing and ringing, I am still waiting for someone to answer the phone, just got a recording that said announcement, no one is available to take your call. It's now 4:42pm and I am attempting to call them again, it is currently still ringing at 4:45pm, at 4:47 received the same recording.

The people who helped me today were wonderful. Ashton was the main one and your trainee Tabitha. Ashton looked for the best phone for me and the cost. I've stayed with Verizon for the years I have because of the incredible service I have always received. Thank you so much. This store in Delta has been wonderful.
