I know the owner personally he's a really good guy; I can't exactly say the same about his workers but he is working out the kinks which are to be expected in the area that the store is in so no complaints from me

As a women I feel very uncomfortable due to the fact that the men that work at the 7/11 location will stare you down pervertedly and they will also ask you personal questions about yourself very weird and uncomfortable behavior.

The 7-Eleven on Champa is only a couple of blocks away and is FAR SUPERIOR to this location. Plus, they sell alcohol and don’t have the homeless problem like this location. Get the extra steps, it’s worth it.

Make sure to get a large coffee with your donut or they charge full price. Manager would not allow me to go get a large coffee so I could get the discount. I was buying other things as well not just coffee and donuts. Go to Starbucks lol

This business seriously deserves a Zero Star Review. If you enjoy being treated like a criminal. This is definitely the location to come to. I came into this so called of a business this morning. And was accused of shoplifting. When I clearly went to the counter. To pay for my items. I would recommend going to the 711 location on Champa St. They actually treat you with class and some respect. The location on Lawrence Street. Should be avoided at all COSTS.

I've been going here for the past two years with no issue, but was recently given moldy donuts. Yelled at manager who refused to check other donuts. Still go there time from time to get coffee bc it's convenient but it's hard to even look at the managers who thought this was all some funny joke like I didn't get sick from eating fuzzy mold from their store after I had bought it a day prior. Stay away from this location.
Today went in for my local coffee and they were all chatting to each other about me. No apology from employees or the company, and the city is also investigating this location for food handling. I wish that I could just go back to when they were nice to me there.
