This location is not 24 hours!!! I repeat, they are not 24 hours. Always closed for “deep cleaning” judging by how many thing are expired in their fridge they are likely not deep cleaning.

12/12/23 at 515pm, Male clerk needs to be retrained on customer service. This store lost their license to sell beer and alluded that he could sell to whomever he wants as long as he was rewarded. WTF?

Not 24 hrs location. This 7-11 is short staffed. There is a security guard that will tell you that you need to go about 2.8 miles south to the NEXT one that is open 24 hrs. Until staffing is handled...the 24hrs information should be removed..

Calvin, Melissa, and Jay work the night shift at this particular 7 eleven and I must say, they are like a team of guardian angels. My car ran out of gas around 9:45 pm and they went out of their way to make sure I was able to get gas and navigate back to my car safely which was stranded several blocks away. These three serve a lot of interesting characters at this particular location on colfax ave. They made me feel incredibly safe in how they managed the wild antics of a Friday night on colfax. They are saints and I really hope they are getting paid A LOT to put up with the shenanigans and shady people hanging around this area of colfax. Also, Melissa mopped the floor and it was shining. :) 7eleven is lucky to have Calvin, Melissa and Jay. It takes a special type of person to be able to handle this type of unpredictable environment.

Theifs franchised theifs Stop stealing from the people.Just to make everyone aware this 711 is a crooked place to actually shop. If you pay cash guarantee that they're gonna steal your money especially when you use your rewards. The total does not change until they press total. So they take your money. The woman says she accidentally pressed $9 when i gave her $8 so I said something about a receipt she gives you an attitude and when i look at the receipt It says $8 and change says $1 .67. Completely bold faced lied to me. I question the receipt and she starts yelling at me rips my coffee out of my hand spilling it on me and the counter snatches the food that I was purchasing for the person in need outside. Counts out my $8 and throws it at me with disgust and yells at me to leave as im picking my $8 off of the floor and soaked coffee counter she continues yelling that she doesnt steal. On top of all of that she calls me stupid because Im actually paying attention. I've never in my life have ever been mistreated and I felt so angry that i had to keep calm from kicking out the broken glassed door because I had a question about my change. Instead I pointed at the door and said I now understand why this door is broken. Look No one but her mentioned anything about stealing money. if you're going to come here use a credit card or a debit card. Actually don't go here. The place is horrible with the people hanging out outside and the counters dirty and the staff being so rude windows are broken half the gas pumps don't work and the trash is every where. I can't believe 711 is even allowing their name to be affiliated with this store. your better off going less than a quarter mile down the street. Read my other reviews you'll see that this is not just some bad mouthing reviewer this place is getting reported big time

This is by far the worst convenience store I have ever been to. I was just staying at the Days Inn next door (they got their own review), and all I wanted to do was buy a damn bottle of water. The establishment is riddled inside and out with people that are completely strung out. One asked me to buy him food because his $2 he had for "bus money" couldn't afford him a beer or food. I figured it would be safer just to buy this dude food and hopefully have safe passage out of there for hooking a guy up. The cashier was the biggest douchebag I have ever encountered. I was going to buy ol boy five chicken wings because it was advertised as 5 for $5. So when I asked for $5 wings, the cashier asked if I wanted those wings (pointing at them). Yes those wings because those are the ones you have out. When he rung up the transaction it came up at almost $9. I informed the cashier that it was the wrong price and it was advertised as 5 for $5. The cashier completely disregarded the advertised price of the product being sold and said they weren't for that price. I even counted out for him how many five was and what $5 was. Dude, still denied that the advertised price was 5 for $5. The cashier got fed up with me and removed my order. I had to tell him just to ring me up for the water I came in for and the burger I was buying the druggy (still needed safe passage out). Even the druggy inquired to the cashier why he was being an ass (that's pretty bad). Avoid this place at all costs so you don't deal with total douchebag employees or run the possibility of getting robbed or shot.

nasty a** store with nasty a** workers, bought a vape and came back within TWO minutes to return it due to it being faulty. the clerks acted dumbfounded like they didn't just see me seconds ago?? made a big deal about it and wouldn't trade without a receipt (he never offered one). showed him my bank statement and still didn't want to because "i'm not sure this flavor was from here". HE HANDED IT TO ME NOT EVEN FIVE MINUTES PRIOR LMAO WTF. then when he finally budged and gave me a new one i said ight i'll try it here and see if this works, he then proceeds to open the vape the *I* purchased and tried it ???? lmao disgusting behavior this should be reported to the health dep

This 7/11 is in absolutely post-apocalyptic condition and is a blight on an otherwise attractive neighborhood. It's not a gas station; it's a crack station. My neighbors and I want this place shut down and we're going to a city hall see if local officials can make this happen. The crowd of incredibly sketchy people who do nothing but engage in violent crime, theft, and drug dealing are worrying nearby residents. Those of us who are unlucky enough to live near this disaster believe this exceptionally dangerous 7/11 harbors individuals responsible for recent thefts of high-value items, like cars and car parts, in our neighborhood. Of even more concern is the fact it is not unusual to hear gunshots coming from the area directly in front of this 7/11, and this past week, a random kid actually got shot. Occasionally the cops stop by and tell the loitering degenerates to move along, but they're always back in a day or two. Several of the people who loiter by the 7/11 also frequent nearby alleys, which is always a sign that someone will be missing a valuable item in the near future. (Looking at whoever stole my catalytic converter!!!) This 7/11 is so bad it negatively impacts nearby businesses, such as the hair salon that my neighbors and I would go to if it wasn't directly across from the 7/11. The worst part is, whoever runs the 7/11 makes no obvious attempt to deter any of this, and we believe they may be actively involved in the illegal and unsafe activities that occurred on and near their property. No one in the surrounding area gets gas at this infamous gas station. I imagine the only business they get is from out-of-town travelers who don't know any better. We don't care if we're out of gas and have to walk a mile to the next gas station, we are absolutely not going near the dumpster fire that is the Ogden/Colfax 7/11. We even try not to drive past it, and at least one of my neighbors bought a taser specifically because of the people at the 7/11. The sooner this place is gone, the better.

I had to argue with and convince the cashier to give me my 20¢ change back and they start fights with half the customers, I literally work next door and have had so many customers come in complaining about their attitude and even banned half my employees from entering the store

This place needs security desperately. Every person going into the store is harrassed by homeless surrounding the front entrance. I was purchasing food when a man wearing a black ski mask walked in. In that moment i was afraid for my life. Fortunately no robbery occured. The cashier mentioned that he was just used to it. Shame on the corporation for not protecting their employees nor their customers.
