How rude is to put to wait delivery drivers while you have a LONG LANE OF CUSTOMERS and you preferred to tell the driver to wait so you can attend the customers and then drivers wait until everybody checks out. How irresponsible and how bad you look! I was shopping there and I realized that there was only one man working over there so he was behind the time with online orders. If there will be ONLY one person, you should not get orders online because every one will be late. Poor delivery drivers who relays on tips and they are behind the time because of your fault!

The second to last time I came in here there was a line of about 5 people. Meanwhile the worker was just sweeping. Not cleaning up glass, just some normal maintenance sweeping. No one was at the register. It went on so long I thought he was messing with us, because he clearly saw the line of people. He yelled out to ANOTHER coworker in the back and I thought oh he’s gonna come ring people up. Nope.
Last night I came in and there were 6 people in line. And two people working. Instead of hopping on the other register one worker was sorting pastries that go in a little basket on the counter.
I just don’t get how these guys don’t see a line of 5 people building up and don’t say, hey let me stop doing this other task so I can ring these people up in 5 seconds. I avoid going at night because this happens all the time.

Price in the store are mid leading, sign says 89cents for a large drink, then check out say to the cashier it’s wrong. And he just brushed it off and says it’s an old promo and wouldn’t honor it. Such a scam place ugh

I have had an awesome experience with the cashiers until recently. In particular this little AH today really upset me. His response time, his demeanor, his vacant eyes. Just saying I have never had this bad of an experience here. I'll walk the extra 7 blocks now to go somewhere else.

Its truly sad that even though alot of people complain, you cant get coffee here at night. And staff are very rude. Belive it or not, once the staff here went outside and across the street and physically attacked a homeless woman because of the way she talked to them. amazing. the neighborhood REALLY dislikes the management and practices of this store.

Used to count on coffee here on break...I work 3rd shift driving...no more. Staff don't make coffee at night, and B.S. about broken coffee machines. C'mon there's like a half dozen machines, and funny every morning they magically work. Doesn't 711 have a rule that says you can always get coffee?

This location, despite having TWO night shift employees, has adopted a policy of NEVER having coffee available on 3rd shift. Excuse is ALWAYS a blatant lie: "Sorry, machine broke." (There are EIGHT coffee pots and ALL are brand new. I've been going to this 7 eleven for many years...what a slap in the face to loyal customers to not only have a loved product cancelled by staff too lazy to make it, but then to be lied to about it. TOTAL lack of corporate oversight...pretty sure the franchise requires it. So much for 'Always Fresh Coffee Or Its Free'. What a false claim.

This is my local 711 and I used to love it. I have never left a bad review in my life but the service here has inspired me. I work in the service industry and I understand that the unreasonable demands made on you by customers can leave you defeated and demoralized. But that does not excuse you from choosing to being rude and demeaning as a baseline. That is a choice you have made. I am going to go out of my way to avoid this location and I suggest you do the same.

The 3 people that are working at this store, are very judgemental and stereotypical towards customers. My experience of going inside this store, was an absolute worst feeling to have, I don't appreciate the looks and the following they do. I'm all tattooed and I dress comfortably in my style clothes. They hover around giving me that look like you are not welcome here. I feel very much that they are racist towards certain kinds of people because their customer service is not professional. They are very rude

This used too be such a great place for late night snacks and other goods now because the new ppl that have taken it over value online orders more than customers that are in store. Not too mention when asking for change after you buy something they y’all are you in whatever POS language they speak what happened too knowing English when you live in America. Even as the cashier opened a new thing of quarters he said he didn’t have any. They really need too check their staff otherwise they will lose business in that area with the way they treat ppl

They were selling sodas two for two dollars and 50 Cent they had a sign that said it when I went to go pay they told me that they don’t know what I was talking about that that sign is wrong. I asked him what belong to me so I grab them and they told me no I was wrong And that they don’t sell sodas like that and I showed him the stickers that they put on there and they told me that I was out of my mind. I don’t know what I was talking about and Show them that they put up and they said that that’s wrong. I don’t know what I was talking about these people to their customers. I thought the 7-Eleven on Colfax was bad. This 7-Eleven makes the top two.
