They consistently charge higher prices than those posted on the shelf, then play dumb when you point it out. Just walk a couple of extra blocks to another convenience store, there’s tons of them around here.

Sold me spoiled milk with all drink fridges off with absolutely no regard for product quality. The staff have always been rude, and with it being the only 711 for miles this is rediculas. Not only the disrespect, but calling me racial slurs in a language that they are think I don’t understand??? Cowardly, immature, ignorant, unprofessional and sloppy. Disgusting

I try to tell the staff what to do and improve. They look at me, nod and completely disregard what I say. I got charged wrong for the ice even though it was clearly posted, the cooler on the left doesn’t work so the drinks in there will go bad, and the cold brew is always out. I really wish someone would come in with a much better convenience store.

Probably the worst 711 experience of my life, and as a Vegas resident that’s saying something. The homeless problem really isn’t their fault but their employee incompetence is mind boggling. They wouldn’t make a fresh pizza, their remodeled hot food section was barren. They couldn’t even find me an entree salad, thus using the App is pointless here. And even worse the employees were stubbornly belligerent about it. I understand their location makes things difficult but they seem completely unwilling to help. Just do better, it’s astounding you’re failing at convenience food.

Customers inside guy walks out to tell me they aren't taking any more Customers. In front of the sign that says you don't close for 30 more minutes. This is daily at this place 4 people working and you can't stay open till 10. Worst 711 ever.

The last three times I’ve stopped at this location, they have been closed by 11:30. The workers are sitting inside with AirPods in and one of them flipped my off tonight when I tried to stop by… at 11:42, while the store is still SUPPOSED to be open. Insane this corporation lets this continually go on
