Worst 7-11 in town. Often extremely rude staff, have never seen a slice of pizza that looked less than a week old, probably do that so they don’t have to make more. 8 coffee machines but they only ever fill 2, at best. Today at 8a they had 8 empty coffee machines. Not a drop. Just a month old slice of pepperoni pizza that looked disgusting enough to be a republican president of the u.s… the ownership clearly has no interest in running this business. Every time I step foot in this place it’s a mistake. I’ll just walk the extra mile or so to the next one from now on.

Arrived at 11:50 and the door was locked. The guy who was inside just looked over and shook his head that he wasn’t going to let me in. Update your hours if you’re not truly going to be open 24h and let employees decide when they close the doors.

I’m an Amazon driver and had to use the rest room. They said no! Even after I bought something. Negative stars if I could. No thanks.

This gas station advertises regular gas but has only actually has plus available, which is much more expensive. I have been here twice in the past two weeks and this has been the case both times. Will be avoiding now.

Who is Bro ? What is that? It is very very unprofessional to call customers bro. It tacky and there's nothing cute about it . ! Be professional and why are they not hiring any Americans but all these Indian men and Arabic men are working the gas stations. I'm just curious why they tell me they're not hiring.

The worst 711 I’ve ever been to. Their hours are not correct, their product is not correct, their employees are not correct. A complete joke of a store. DO NOT SHOP HERE

I was wrongly discriminated against and assaulted at the 7-11 store located on 303 broadway denver, co on September 25th/26th 2024 around 12:11 AM. As I entered the store immediately 2 workers appearing of Indian descent rudely asked me if I was making a purchase with cash or card. There were no payment machine issues, I did not give off any indication that I was even needing to make a purchase because maybe perhaps i needed a service not a product. However I kindly stated I will know once I get up to the counter and make that decision. I grabbed a small slurpee and went to the counter explaining and inquiring if my slurpee would be free yet with my 7-11 rewards points. In the midst of typing in my number they said no, so i simply said ok and was going right out front where I was going to get a 1.00 then as required. Immediately before I even got to the door to temporarily exit and get the dollar the bigger store associated hopped over the counter and began to chase me outside the store. The second store associated followed and I was grabbed aggressively from behind and both men well over 5'5 and 200 lbs began to assault me and jumped on me. I defended myself to the best of my ability and sustained injuries to my wrist and neck. I was then threatened yet again to leave the property as the worker held up some kind of golf club and threatened me with harm. I informed them that no I was not leaving until the police arrived. I asked if they called the police because it was taking well over an hour for them to arrive on scene so I did call the police myself also to confim and inform that I had been assaulted. I did not have a phone to use of my own at the time so I used a patrons phone walking into the store to call. There were witnesses there and I have a video recording that I asked him to send me that illustrates the assault outside of the store. I'm in fact considering filing a complaint and taking legal action against the store and/or associates to press charges for assault and if against company policy to attempt to detain, assault, apprehend anyone leaving the store I want that issue addressed as well. I'll be contacting the police for documentation of my phone call made to them. If possible to resolve this beforehand, I am willing to however if not contacted soon I'm intending to go the media and file charges.
I've noticed that every time I've contacted you guys so far I'm still not getting correspondence on a timely basis, concerning a resolution to this matter of me being assaulted. I've submitted photos along with video demonstrating the specifics of what happened along with intricate outlining and details of what took place. I understand the holidays are approaching and people are off work, on vacation, taking time to visit family and traveling etc etc so I'm going to give this until after New Year's Day at the latest and if I still get no correspondence I'm going to need to assert myself a little more. I'm not going to indulge in these antics or tactics, this back and forth game where I'm getting stonewalled because of "no response from the franchisee or the employees who assaulted me". If you don't respond, I need to move forward and I'm assuming and presuming that I'll need to go ahead and pursue this matter in a different avenue and take this to litigation and reach out to my lawyer and retain him on this matter. I've also been contacted by our local 9 news problem solvers and they're really wanting me to provide information I've provided to you so they can run a story and investigation into this. I have been and continue to be very patient up until I recently contacted the company again and was informed "the franchise didn't respond". Trust me I'm not easily deterred and the matter is not going away. I'll also be contacting the FTC and The Better Business Bureau so i can take this a step further.

This isn't just the worst 711 I've ever been to but also the most poorly run business I've ever seen. My biggest (though not only) complaint is that they find every opportunity to nickel and dime you. Half the tags are incorrect prices and the other half of the time they input whatever price suits them. Once they attempted to charge me $5 for a single slice of pizza! Would not recommend eating anything here either, I've been sick twice from grill items. Just now I bit into something I purchased there yesterday and immediately tasted something wrong. Turns out the item expired a month ago (this was my tipping point and finally inspired me to leave this bad review that they've had coming for some time.) There's way more as well, I've seen them rudely turn away paying customers who they think look homeless, in fact once I saw them smack the money out of a man's hand onto the floor before chasing him out. This business is run aggressively, almost spitefully and with thorough disdain for the customers. If you find yourself passing by just keep driving and go to the location on Alameda instead.

I used to think it was only the night crew that had no understanding of basic customer service communication but it’s also the morning staff too. They can’t seem to identify or communicate important details or factors when completing a transaction. They don’t know how their own POS works. I ask questions about when certain items will come back in stock and I get confused looks. Or either the pretense that I’m not understood or that they just don’t care.
Utterly baffled as to how anyone can engage in commerce with someone who doesn’t care enough to understand you.
Coffee beans!!!

They say they are 24/7. I stopped here at 1:11am and the guy who was working on 10/30/24 says they were closed but they were open. All I needed was milk because I was suffer from a HORRIBLE acid reflux attack that I cannot take care of by myself. I ended up vomiting in their parking lot because I couldn’t handle it any longer. Shame on you for letting humans suffer in such a manner. We ended up going to the Circle K down the street because they truly advertise their hours. Don’t go here if you’re in need of anything. All they care about is themselves. They don’t care about their constituents or their business model

I love how on Google it says 24/7 and it's open 24/7 but in reality certain workers at certain times a day decide to break that rule and close the store. If you're not open 24/7 don't say you are.....
