Google says the stores open, There's a worker inside of the store, They decided to close the store down. If you cannot hire people who are willing to do the job There is plenty of people out there who are willing to do the job right why aren't you hiring those people. Get this idiot out of there and hire people who are willing to do the job and can do the job that they're hired to do

The man at the register refused my return with
Receipt. I accidentally bought the wrong kind of head phones, have an iPhone, I have the receipt but he wants to lecture me on not making mistakes and then he tells me that he refuses my return even though I have the card I used my receipt and the product is still in perfect condition in a box. Get better employees!!!

Now I can understand why this 7-Eleven has a two-star rating what I don't understand is why it doesn't have a 1 Star rating besides the people very rude and it start from the top because the manager does not go by the policies of the rewards program and I've been going to the 711 for about a year now and every time I come through I put my phone number in the computer so I can get the discounts for the coffee which is normally $2.29 there and every other 711 I've been to when you put your phone number in the and Xavier charges me $2.47 no it's not the money that I'm talking it's about when I see other people going through the line and they have the same size coffee and they put their phone number in there and they get the discount and then I come up and I put my phone number in there and I don't get th discount no I think Xavier has a problem either with minorities or poor people whatever Xavier is not adhering to the rewards and he's the manager so he should know even the other two guys give me the discount but not Xavier if you're not white you don't get that's how he works the rewards
