I understand that the area is not the best at times and they have some hurdles to get over. Understandable. But to not even try to understand a situation and blindly fall back on excuses. Customer service seems to be going away. I often shop at 7-Eleven because of the work I do.

They are kind of rude at this location and the people that hangout outside are annoying and always asking for stuff or hootin and hollering at you. Shelves are always stocked though and products are good.

I am not sure why all the bad reviews, but I go out of my way to this 7-Eleven because of the customer service! The owner even knows me by name!
One time I was short $1 and he told me not to worry about it! Great location. 10/10

People literally hate your store. Your reviews are not favourable whatsoever. Maybe you should train your employees better and keep the real busybodies out of your store.

When I had a problem with an employee, the corporate office contacted me quickly and made things right. I'm not share if the manager was fired or quit, but a new staff was employed. Thank you very much.

Sandy has to be the worst person ever. Greets everyone but me, gives me attitude when I ask about coffee. Grabs money from my hand, would be nice to be treated like a actual person. No stars if I could.

There is a cashire who always is creepy twards me, I feel like I can't shop there, he will tell other customers that once I'm 18 he will make me his wife, and has tried to grab at me, I wish I felt I could shop here.
