One of the lousier 7-11s around. Often closed when hours on the door say they are open. Atrocious service. Don't allow non-whites to have bags. Reopened when they saw i was posting a review for being closed for me when supposedly open. Registers often don't work. Rarely honor prices posted on the door. Don't allow most customers to use the bathroom. Ice cream is freezer burned. Multiple ownership changes over the last couple of years seem to add to confusion. Not recommended at this time.

The new owner and employees are all very rude. They all talk on the phone while using ear buds. They try to skip through entering my 7Rewards number for the discount. One of the men, possibly the owner? has coughed in my face more than once. They set up tables with candy etc blocking the main walk thru.

I need to buy coffees and snack , but coffee is too cold ,then I don't buy coffee ,just I need snacks, the guys work over there he said don't buy any thing ,if you don't buy coffee I don't sell snacks.He refuses me . Just around 6 .10 pm he try to hit me by big stick .

I m a 58 year old woman. I went into this 711. I purchased a slurred and was wanting a pack of cigarettes.
The kid that I went in there with went to the register ahead of me. He also was purchasing a pack of cigarettes. Neither one of us had out ID with us. So he takes his drinks goes to the counter and the cashier carded him then used someone else's ID so he could purchase the cigarettes.
When I got up to the counter she refused to selll me cigarettes. So how is it she can sell to one person without an ID but wont sell to a 58 year old

BEWARE! BEWARE! BEWARE! 4/30/24 I stopped in to take out cash from the ATM. I always give it a nice tug or 3 to check for any skimmers. Nothing came off. When I put my card in the slot, it was oddly difficult. A friend who was with me also attempted to put my card in and was met with resistance. She gets it in, I withdraw my cash and go to pull out my card and couldn't. Three tugs, stuck. Friend tries it and gets it on the second. I get into my car and freeze my card immediately. 5/2/24 there is a declined 'King sooper 0 $0.00" charge 3x. Today 5/4, another 2x $0.00 charges from 'TG970325' and one for $20. Again, card has been frozen and my bank finally called because of fraudulent charges. Be careful using the ATM and maybe any other payment device apart from cash at this location!! All too coincidental to be anywhere else.

CHEAP! We all know how cheap 711 owners are. to stop in for a quick hot dog and they have small trays as big as the dog is so sad, i hope your business chokes on the cheese chili and onions youve saved:)

Management doesn’t allow anyone to use the bathrooms, even if you are a paying customer. I highly doubt this is consistent with 7elevens views on customer service. The attendant was kind and apologetic but reinforced this is a policy with the management.

A man worked here who had everything in order, I cant say the same right now, there is no coffee, no medium cups, dirty… I wish a real manager were here. ?☹️
