I swear for a location like this, this 711 is the worst, no restrooms, not busy at 3 but can't answer a phone that rings for 35mins so far... if you don't want to work or your bad at customer service work for this location, they will higher you!!!

There's a young lady with burgundy red hair behind the counter yelling at the line of customers to line up differently in "her store" over and over very rudely. Then gave attitude with everyone she was checking out. Terrible customer service skills.

They lie about the bathroom being out of order even for customers. Stopping to use the bathroom is part of what a gas station should offer unless we want folks to pee on the street :) be good to each other

Gas was affordable and this location was on the Upside app, so I was able to save more.

Never again! I was in there on June 18th at about 1:45PM. I waited in line for a bit and I finally got to the register to find out it was cash only. I said that I didn’t know that and she raised her voice scolding me telling me how she had been telling everyone. I had been in line for several minutes and I didn’t hear her say anything.
The part that is ridiculous is how she berated me. She shouldn’t be working in customer service in any capacity. Who is she to raise her voice to me over something that isn’t my fault? Disgusting display of behavior from someone who is on the clock and being paid to sit there and do a job that a teenager can do.
Let someone else have the job that will act appropriately.

Don't order online from this location, they mark your order ready but it's not ready when you get there. They have multiple people sitting behind the counter and no one even trying to get your order ready...,
