  The ladies are so nice here, and they always cleaned this location up so much after the traffic that comes through. I live close by and gas up here so thanks ladies for keeping it as up for us locals !

  The guy working in the night shift he's so stupid and he didn't know how can I talk to the with customer I go to get the gas and I go inside he's so rude with me Ford customer in the line we waiting for him can you do his own stuff no but don't be came on the store he is so stupid he's so disrespectful

  Made an order through the app to grab some late night snacks. When I got there the guy told me the order had already been picked up. I showed him my ID and the order on the app in my phone and explained that he gave my order out to the wrong person then. He refused to accept this, and kept saying the order had been picked up (🤦 yes dude I get that. You gave it to the wrong person). I asked him to replace the order then as this wasn't my mistake, and he refused. I said okay, then refund my money from the order. He also refused to do that, and told me to call doordash. I did not order through doordash. I ordered through the 7-Eleven app, a reality that seems to escape him. Went back and forth with this guy to no resolve. Refused to remake my order because the store would eat the cost (yeah that's what happens when you give the wrong person an order), and I'm still waiting to get reimbursed from 7-Eleven to no resolve.

  WARNING: Do not come here unless you want to be harassed by homeless people at the door. There is no security. They tell you to go to their website to leave a review for more info and then never follow up. its all to save face. This location is not safe at all.

  Blonde hair manager is extremely rude always aggressive. Needs to be retrained immediately or terminated. Work on customer service skills. I come in everyday the rest of the staff is nice besides her and the big dude.

  Literally the dumbest thing ever to offer services such as adding money onto the cash app card which would allow me to take an uber to where I need to go.But we don't have a manager on site, so we're not going to do anything that the company wants us to do and says that we're supposed to be able to do has got to be the most idiotic way to run a business

  First time filled the tank here, they have a paddle lock blocking restroom acess and the cashier didn't help me and said I'm sorry the restroom are blocked! OK I'll fill up the tank nextdoor

  If a could give a negative 10 star review I would. This 7-11 is absolutely disgusting, the clerks are extremely rude and uncaring. A few months back I went in to ask to use the bathroom and the lady at the time told me the bathroom was closed. I had asked where there was another one at and she told me to just go outside somewhere. Now I did report that and had a manager call me and apologize for that and said the restroom was always open for customers to use. Now last night I went in there purchased some items ( which I’ll get back to in a minute) and again asked if I could use the bathroom and again was told no. Now remind you the last time I talked to a manager and he said the restrooms were always available to customers.when I asked again where there is another bathroom at she said very rudely “I don’t know I just started here”. Now when I was grabbing my stuff off the counter I noticed that she only gave me one pack of cigarettes when I had asked for 2. When I asked her if she charged me for 2 she said no. I didn’t think to double check the price at that time because I was about to have an accident on the store floor since I was refused to use the restroom that I just grabbed my stuff and ran out the door. A short time later I had noticed that I was charged 26 dollars. Now I bought 1 pack of cigarettes, a small bottle of pop, a small candy bar, and a 6 count of advil. That does not come to 26 dollars which mean she did in fact charge me for 2 packs and only gave me 1 and lied about only charging me for 1. Now I have called corporate again regarding this but yet to hear back from anyone and there isn’t a direct number to the store. STAY AWAY FROM THIS STORE !!!!

  What kind of 7 eleven doesn't allow customers to use the bathroom? THIS ONE! I'm so sorry I gave my money.
