Updated review 3/18/25:
It’s sad to see reviews with one star because it tells me there hasn’t been a change at this 7-Eleven store. I stopped coming to this store 7 years ago because they charged my dad more for snacks he bought. It’s a repeat offense from the store and the store owner is aware, we decided to go somewhere else.
I posted this review 9 years ago from today 3/18/25.
After 7 years of visiting this 7-Eleven here, I've noticed great customer service and positive attitude from the younger employees. However, today I decided to make this known to shoppers whom like to buy more than five items at the store. Please ask and check your receipt because you may be paying twice for an item. If it's an accident on behalf of the employee? I don't know, but it has happened twice to me. I haven't kept track of other occasions that I've shopped here because I was careless.

People constantly loitering outside asking for money and owners that have the store locked at 11pm.

It was kind of a sporadic trip.I need to change for a hundred and I went to a little liquor store and they shut me down. So they couldn't do it. Then I figured just go to 711 they should have what I need went there and they busted my hundred-dollar bill like it was nothing.

Tried going once late night. The lights were on with an employee at the register but the doors were locked and he wouldn’t let me in. I guess 24/7 closes sometime before 2am

Randomly decided to close at 10pm and won’t let me come in even tho the door is unlocked. Told me to get out after I told him they are open 24 hours he said it was a lie. Showed him my phone and said to me to get out. Always on the phone and doesn’t understand anything I’m saying half the time. Charges a lot more than what’s on the shelf. They need to get fired.

I just want them to answer the phone...I have been calling all day..they answered like 12 hours ago..my car broke down in their parking lot...I live 60 miles away..I jus want to know if my car is still there.soi can get it towed....Ive called like 70 times ..no answer ....answer your phone 7 -11

Walked over late at night and they randomly decided they were closed. Cashier / manager opened the door to let me know they didn’t want to work… the low rating is not a coincidence and they don’t care
