They keep your change and act stupid in order to get you so frustrated you just leave without it. Their food has given me food poisoning twice. And they like to accuse anyone who looks like they are struggling in life if stealing.
The change thing was the last straw, they steal from customers regularly.

Working in the neighborhood on a project and visited the store to pick up cold drinks for my coworkers.
Grabbed 6 drinks one fell out of my hand and spilled on the floor, I asked for a bucket and mop however there was a language barrier and the worker kept shaking his finger at me gesturing me to walk away. Mind you this was an accident and I offered to clean it however I was charged for two extra drinks because of this and didn’t realize till after I arrived back at work. Stopped back in the store after my shift and again the language barrier would not allow me to get my money back. The workers acted like they did not understand me and all I wanted to do is ask why I was charged for two additional drinks! If the workers do not speak English they should be using an app on their phone for basic communication. I was not sure of their language so I did not use my language app.
Avoid this store, there are several other stores in the immediate area who have nice people working in them that are worth a visit.

What rude service! One employee could not even speak English and the other had such a bad attitude. I don’t know if he was upset about having to translate but he kept talking fast and in Arabic to me. Sad to say I didn’t get everything I needed because of a language barrier.

Pulled a cup out of the Medium stack and filled it with Dew. Counter charged me for a Large, I refused, showed him from where I pulled the cup. He said I have no Medium cups. I asked him to just charge me for the Medium. He said why. The place is out of touch. Also, it has very few utility items. I was looking for zip ties. Going to Ace. No doubt why they have a low rating.

Don’t use your card here, there is a skimmer somewhere. I have had fraudulent charges on my credit card TWICE after coming to this gas station.

This store scams your credit card number if you swipe it at the pumps. I got a fake 500 dollar charge after buying gas here.

The worst 711 ever. They close whenever they want, They pick and choose when to do cash back, They are so rude and do not greet you when you come in .

Truly one of the worst c-stores in all of America. They charge you for plastic bags that rip with a single Gatorade in them despite using EBT. They have no courtesy. They close whenever they feel like it (always before 2:30am). They lack any kind of decency with dealing with customers. There is a 7/11 3 blocks west on 38th that treats there customers warmly and with respect - I highly recommend giving your business to them.

They lock the doors at midnight while still having lights on and staff inside. Website and Google Maps says open 24x7.They should close shop and leave town since they’re too scared to do business in Denver. Skip this place

This is one of the worst stores for customer service.This is the second time that items are not stocked. I was very nice in reporting this, but the ckerks did not care.The clerks are super rude. It was a very dissapointing experience shopping in this store!!
