The employees at this location, except for a few are extremely rude and have twice accused me of stealing .once when I was putting coffee creamer in my pocket, she accused me of taking too many. Most of their employees, including the manager don't have many customer service skills...this 7-11 store at one time was a nice place to visit..

I would give it a five star except for assuming that I go by male pronouns and I use female pronouns, please teach your employees not to assume someones gender pronouns because yes I makeup about one percent of the people who doesn't identify with the gender assigned at birth and I deal with gender dysphoria as it is so please teach them to be inclusive towards trans people and not assume and to use they, them or their if they aren't sure by what a person goes by because it helps lessen gender dysphoria
