I come here all the time late at night and they are very rude. They have the store locked. They don't let people in the and the new guy on night shift was just flipping me off because I asked him if I could go to the bathroom very immature and not very professional. I would give 0 stars if I could. You need to train your people better and if your store says it's 24 hours then it shouldn't be locked with access denied edit to add at 5am on 6/28/25 the male clerk looked at my chest and asked if it was cold?? Eww so inappropriate! Who hires the people at this store?!?

I was refused access to the restroom even though I intended to be a paying customer. No sign on store front that stated no public restroom or restroom for customers only. Very disappointing.

guy that works graveyard is lazy and a real jerk. they close apparently from 1am -5am so don't waste your time like I did riding a bike in the cold.

The last few times I've gotten Cheeseburgers, I've found the inside cold and pinkish. (I'm not sure if the burgers are cooked on site, or frozen and heated up.) Either way, I haven't felt the best after eating them, so I'm not sure if it's a problem with the cooking method or the equipment but it might be worth looking into. This has been at varied times of day/week.
Aside from that the team is usually nice enough, though seems like it's massively changed in the last few months.
Edit: I already submitted the bitly review and haven't heard anything further.

Employee locked the door, made eye contact, and turned his back on me to make his food in the oven. Horrible, lazy service. Hope this place shuts down

I went to fill up my car with fuel, when I finished filling up my car, my car broke down and I was trying to get it going again. I stood there for a few minutes looking for a way to fix my car so that I could come home and one of the people who were helping me came out. get me away from that pump that was causing a hindrance, I had to push my car towards the parking lots there alone and they just stared at me, they couldn't even help me seeing that I had that problem, it was worth it aside from them that when I went in to buy some sodas, the service was terrible. The truth is that they were very rude, when a tow truck arrived after several hours to tow my car, they only looked out the window in mockery, they should change those very bad staff they have in front of the checkouts.

They remove special member discount tabs and signage in the cooler area so you don't know what the member promos are. For example, a certain beer is running $2 off if you buy two --which as a member means the total is 4.7 something.
However, when the clerk rings this up, he doesn't take the 2$ off unless you TELL them to . So, if you don't ask, bc they removed the signs, they keep the difference themselves. I know this bc they've tried to scam me 2x at this store (as opposed to the nice 7-11 people at Lowell and 38th which never scams) .
He argues 'it rings up at 6.29". And I'm like yeah, bud nice try. It is a massive SCAM .

We called ahead of time and asked if the store has distilled water and they did! Let me tell you as of 4-25-24, this store is so clutch!! Totally made my night better! There are people traveling from out of town with medical needs that have machines that run on distilled water and this 7-11 not only open 24-7 but is actually truthful unlike the CVS down the street. So if you have distilled water needs and are coming from out of town late at night from the airport, this is one option for you. They will have distilled water, most likely. Just call ahead of time to make sure. We called another place and they didn't pick up. Other 7-11's might carry it but from I currently live in southern WA, that 7-11 doesn't have distilled so it could vary from denver 7-11 to other 7-11's.
