I don't have high expectations for convenience stores. That being said, since this location was taken over by so-called 7-11 corporate, it has been absolute trash. The store used to be clean and well stocked. Now it's dirty, rife with empty shelves, offers no deals while other stores within a half mile of this location do. If you go into the store and check out the drinks section, the only thing that's stocked is the beer that's not even offered with the same deals as surrounding stores, and the rest is empty. Some, not all, of the employees are abrasive, moody, and off putting with their attitude towards customers.
If so-called 7-11 corporate took over this store just to close it, please get it over with. This is a historic district neighborhood. Make way for someone that cares.

Walked in and went straight to the drinks, didn’t open the cooler or touch anything until I decided what I wanted. And the guy with dreadlocks followed me the whole time as if I was stealing.then when I get to the register he says the machine isn’t working . So I couldn’t buy my items anyway.

This place is dirty all around.
You'll get harassed by people without homes - if you tell the attendant they won't do anything for you - dude just smiled at me, took my money without hesitation.
Best to stay away from this one!

What kind of gas station and convenience store won't let paying customers use their bathroom? Where's the convenience in that. Had to drive across the street to Safeway.

This gas station impacts the safety of the whole neighborhood. This is where the drug addicts hang out and it is right across from where we walk to the grocery store. We are paying a lot of money for where we live and this gas station makes the neighborhood feel less safe.
Here are some ways to improve the gas station's safety
- Improve the hiring process with a more stringent background checks and employee selection
- Improved lighting- bright well light lighting can deter illegal activities
- Surveillance Cameras- visible cameras to monitor suspicious activity
-Increased staff presence
- Cleanliness and maintenance
- Regular security patrols- hir security personnel to patrol the area
I feel scared going to this gas station and these few things can make it seem like we care about the safety of Denver.

The employees will not honor listed prices of their products. Both items I purchased rang up as more expensive than their listed price, and the employee refused to explain why. Also, there’s a door that remains locked with no sign saying “use other door” so people keep grabbing it and realising they need to use the other door. Just a poorly ran store by uncaring lazy employees.

I used the 7-Eleven App on my phone and since the clerk was such a moron and couldn't figure out how to use the 7-Eleven wallet I decided to be a decent guy and instead of yelling at him to learn how to do his job I got back onto the app and used the mobile check out option and paid for the two items then went to show him the confirmation number he yelled no youre steeling this i showed him the actual store receipt showing him thar stores number and location along with the two items i purchased abd he continued to scream and even ( in front of other customers ) threatened to harm me. This store is hot garbage. The employees are worse thieves than the degenerate drug addicts that hold the street n storefront down all day. A one-star review is still a better review than they deserve.
