I told them that one of their employees started harassing me and they started being rude to me and charging me for things they weren’t charging for before. I would have understood them charging me if they charged everyone else but they purposely took my drink apart to see what I had but didn’t do the same to anyone else. I sent several people into this same store with the same people yet they only have a problem with me becquse I said something about their employee harassing me after I told him to leave me alone.

Absolute worst store. Terrible customer service. Terrible cleanliness. Not to get overly personal but the gentleman working the counter was on his phone the entire time and Smelled like he hasn't showered in a week Total lack of general decency to the public that has to deal with him

I'm kind of glad we have different people now because the last staff members working there got in trouble when the Colorado Department of Revenue did a sting operation, and they busted them for selling alcohol to an individual who was under the age of 21 and they got their liquor license revoked, plus I got upset a few times that they were not scanning my ID after I ask for a couple of pack of cigarettes, as they are supposed to by law. Serves them right. If people are looking for alcohol, gotta look somewhere else because the alcohol is not at this store until this store gets its liquor license back.

I was greeted by Polo and Rafael. They were both so upbeat and happy to help me find whatever I needed. We laughed and joked and the experience was pleasant! I’ll definitely stop by next time I’m in the area! Clean facility and friendly staff!

Corporate recently took over this location. Not sure why as I never had problems and they were always well stocked. New staff are nice except for one that I think is corporate from his mannerisms.. Nice enough as a temp stand-in though.

New ownership is trash. Apparently passports are an unacceptable form of ID. This neighborhood is full of folks with no other form of ID.

If I could give even less a rating I would. I been coming here for years now. Place has slowly been going down the drain. It stays a mess now. Nothing is ever stocked anymore. The amount of sketchy individuals outside acting as door greeters asking for money has gone through the roof. The employees use the homeless to do their jobs for them so they don't have to stock or take out the trash or anything. They give out the key for the dumpster and let sketchy people sleep there. And just recently Denver PD was there running an investigation on claims that the owner has been supplying the homeless around there drugs and they been selling it to kids. And lately the parking lot has been looking like a car meet at 1130 in the morning. The Police stay at this 711 now and that says something. You guys are better off going to a different location.

The attention of the Arab owners is a disaster. They will assist you with their headphones on during a call at all times during your purchase, they will not greet you, much less thank you or say goodbye to the store.
The employees are very cool and attentive.
