Seriously, who doesn't accept tap to pay? We do realize that the year is 2023 & that you lose business by not having these conviences for your customers. Can only imagine on how many sales you miss out on as a store because of this. I know you didn't get my $200 for gas.

I interviewed with the owner of this store. During the interview, he asked me for information that is usually only needed after a job offer is accepted. In a moment of weakness; I gave it to him. I ended up not accepting his job offer. After letting him know I would not be accepting; I asked him to destroy the paper with my private information on it and to confirm he had done it. A day goes by and no response. I ask him again. Another day and no response. At this point; I am concerned and it's starting to get a little suspicious. I will be calling corporate.

I dont know how you can have a business that caters to trucks and is very busy... and the network is down every single time you go in there. Cash only?? Maybe you should sell this business to someone who can actually keep the network running during business hours. Ridiculous

My car overheated and the clerk refused to let me fill a gallon jug with water for my radiator from the sink by the fountain drink machine. He was rude and cynical as has been my experience with every 7eleven store I go to lately. Too bad they have negative stars. Also this particular store is priced higher than other stores I've been to. Gas is thirty cents higher than the convenience store down the road and the wings were 5.99 for five when I just bought ten for 5.00 at the location on Washington. Gummies were 3.59 a bag and I paid 1.25 at another store for the same thing. Definitely gouging.

This store deserves less than one star. I went to this store to get gas and a few other items on January 12th. The "manager or owner" was on the phone when I paid for my purchases. It was approximately 1 to 2 minutes from the time I paid, until I made it to the gas pump. I went from the store register directly to the gas pump. No stops or distractions in between. When I tried to pump the gas nothing happened. I pushed the button on the pump to request assistance, and I was ignored. I could see through the window that the "manager or owner" was busy laughing with the store employee while holding the phone to his ear. I went back inside and he continued to ignore me as I stood at the register for assistance all because he couldnt be torn from his personal phone conversation. When I asked him why the pump wasnt working he just kept saying it timed out. THAT DIDNT HAPPEN. HE NEVER PUT THE FUNDS ON THE PUMP. Then to lie and say it timed out. Really? He was too busy flirting with the girl who worked in the store and talking on the phone. Even worse when I contacted 7 eleven corporate, and told them about the issue and that I had not yet gotten the refund to my card, I got a weak lackluster email from someone named Vik making an excuse, offering no assistance. DO NOT SHOP AT THIS STORE. Spend your money elsewhere.

Would not sell me cigarettes with a valid, current government issued ID. It's understandable when stores ensure they are complying with the law but when they make rules so far above and beyond so as to be unforeseeable and don't recognize the ID's our government provides us, then that is bad business5, and a choice to harass and intimidate customers who's purchases make up an enormous amount of profit for them.

Bathroom was so disgusting I didn’t trust to buy a single item from this place. There was no toilet paper in the first two stalls, the trash was full, trash on the floor, vanity was absolutely disgusting.

Blond kid needs to have a better attitude. Asked for mini tacos and said "who the hell orders mini tacos for breakfast."(9:45am). Then another very nice lady helped finish up the order and i said thank you. As I was leaving the blonde kid says under his breath "keep it down will ya." Great store but just. Bad worker just smirks and attitude the whole time the guy. Nov 20th 9:45am
