I come here almost every night during the night. It doesn't matter if it's around midnight or 3am, the doors are always locked and the cashier is standing behind the counter. Right now four cars all pulled in at the same time at 1:40am and all of us have to leave because it's closed, though the cashier is standing there watching us through the window and the hours say 24/7. So irritating.

10am in the morning and no coffee is made. Also the place is dirty and the employee doesn’t look like they have showered either. What a let down. Will never stop back at this 7-Eleven again.

I recently had a regrettable encounter with a worker at the 7-Eleven on 44th and Harlan, and I must say it was an incredibly unpleasant experience. The employee was shockingly rude and displayed a complete lack of respect towards customers. Their disdainful attitude was evident in every interaction, leaving me bewildered and disappointed. It is disheartening to witness such unprofessional behavior in a place that is meant to provide convenience and service. Needless to say, I will be avoiding this particular 7-Eleven location in the future due to the abhorrent treatment received from this individual. I as well was greeted to a this particular employee who works the evenings who not disclose her name to no dogs allowed two times ( which is my service animal). I decided not to make a huge deal about my dog, being my service animal and decided to put my dog in my vehicle and continue on shopping.. I was sang, greeted by a nice employee with a basket, cause I had a lot of stuff in my hand. I didn't really actually need it myself I said, thank you to him, went and paid for my things while I was standing at the cash register the disgruntled employee that rang me up Was yelling at her coworker, telling him not to bring over a basket to a another customer who let stuff falling out of her arms onto the ground. I was astonished by her, telling her coworker not to help out a customer who obviously needed a basket or help. then said I was going to help her and how it wasn't very nice that she wasn't letting her coworker go and help her while she was dropping things everywhere. She told me to leave the store that I've already paid and I said I am going to help this lady who obviously needs it stuff off the ground and then she told me to leave her store immediately. needless to say in conclusion if you're going to work in customer service, maybe people should look up the definition of customer service before applying for jobs that you have to interact with people. If you're having a bad day, you must try to leave that at the door when you walk into your job and not take it out on other people that in no way deserve that treatment.

The prices on the shelves are incorrect.
Many of the items in the store that say 2 for $X, or even single items that look like they’re on sale are completely different prices at the cash register and require points or some nonsense. The employees don’t speak English so you can’t even ask a question. Someone needs to look at the prices listed on store tags and fix them so you’re not lying to your paying customers.
Just go to another store that has real prices and English as options.
I won’t be back.

This is by far the most ghetto convenience store ever!!! Cashier doesn’t even speak English and stares at you up and down like he wants a problem send him back to Afghanistan before he gets injured badly.

DO NOT buy gas here! Came in this week and now my car is in the shop because the gas had a significant amount of water in it, I’m leaving this review up until issue is resolved and I have been repaid for damages.
