Sales associate was on his phone, none of the cups/lids at the drink area were stocked. Didn’t have enough change nor the will to want to break my hundred dollar bill. Top it all off no bags after my purchase. He Could barely communicate

This store sucks so much. They lock the door always at random times of the day and night and don't even leave a note explaining why. The store is clearly open because lights are all on and there's a car in front like this is the last time I ever visit this place. They do not care about customer service period. Ever.

My drivers license is worn and will not scan under bar code scanners. This location does not accept alternate forms of valid U.S. identification. It’s 2025. Disappointing.

This place is embarrassing.
The worker there threatened to take away my Valid drivers license because he’s not familiar with ID’s. He tried to “quiz” me and even though I answered correctly, he still refused my sale and mentioned calling the police. I’m a 30 year old woman, to be treated that way because your employees aren’t trained or knowledgeable is inexcusable.

The guy at the counter was rude and would not take the voucher for a discount on cigarettes even after i showed him that I obtained it through the 7-Eleven app.

whatever you're paying these people and making them do for the time they're here, they're miserable. the person i got didn't have two seconds to talk to me, break a small bill for me, or even look me in the eye without sighing and rolling their own and saying more than "nope". i hope they're being paid properly but i doubt that. no restrooms either. not great.

Yesterday I went with my son to buy some chips for him, and then I went out and came back in because I wanted a coffee. and the man who attended took me out of there, he told me he couldn't be there. (MAYBE BECAUSE I SPEAK SPANISH, I AM LATINA) BUT IT SHOULD BE NOTED THAT WE ARE NOT ALL ILLEGAL. I AM LEGAL, MY 4 YEAR OLD SON LEFT SCARED DUE TO THE ATTITUDE OF THIS MAN. (I WAS JUST WAITING FOR MY HUSBAND WHO WAS GOING TO PICK UP FOR ME. AND IT WAS SO COLD THAT MY SON WANTED TO COME IN AND EAT SOMETHING) AND LOL I PAID FOR IT. (this person was very rude)
