I went a bought some nesquik chocolate milk and when I got home I realized it was expired a month ago. Wish they would check their product a little more thoroughly and remove expired items, especially milk.

I went to purchase vape pods and a family that did not speak English was having difficulty communicating so I suggested they use Google translate. The cashier was still refusing to help them so I offered to pay for their items which frustrated him even more which resulted in him threatening me and denying me service.

The guy working at the counter is so rude. I came to purchase some items, including medication for my heartburn, and he walked away from the front counter and had me standing there while he was unpacking products but my heartburn was killing me so I opened my medication and took it right there at the counter cash in my hand. He came over I handed him the medication to scan after I took one and I handed him the money and then he told me he would call the cops on me for the opening the medication, even though he had the money in his hands already more than what I owed actually. He sounds like he’s on a serious power trip must suck working at 7-Eleven. But don’t take it out on me, buddy. I’m not the one who gave you your crappy life. I was just trying to heal my heartburn. lol wanting to call the cops on me for opening heartburn medicine I had the cash for miserable

The overnight clerk, although I don't know his name, is the most exceptional worker I've seen in many years! Kudos to him and he certainly deserves proper recognition for a job super well done!!

Update: 10/06/2024 reply to owner response. I am no longer in Denver Colorado and noted my experience up till 2019. Even if I filled out your form would not help the situation here. The parking lot needs reconfiguration badly, and keeping out the homeless from harassing the clean and sober hard working taxpayers that frequent your store would go a long ways. In Minnesota 7-11 owns Speedway stores which are better in many ways compared to this store. Just my opinion here.
Late review here, but wanted to share my experience with this 7-11 location. I used this location at least 15 times while I lived in Denver Colorado until I moved to Minnesota in 2019. With that said.
I never had issues using the store itself, but my pet peeves were the parking is tight and not easy for a disabled veteran in a wheelchair to navigate. Then the homeless are always begging nearby for drug money just an unfriendly environment all around.

Employee charges me an extra $20 after I left. Didn’t notice until I got home. I had only purchased one energy drink so it was immediately suspicious that an exact even amount came out. White guy with tattoos did it. Never coming back.

This used to be the nicest 7-Eleven in the area. Unfortunately all the hardest working full-time people are gone. The new hires are very transient and have no pride in their work.

Went into this location and like always they're having trouble with the card machine how long is corporate going to let this owner continue running their locations into the ground it's 2024 everybody relies on card anymore and to not have use as a business is useless

The employees keep stealing from me for two years and haven't stopped. Don't waste your time at seven eleven. Any convenient store is better than 711.

The WORST 7/11 in history.Rude staff that doesn’t recognize you in line or at the counter. ( the Indian looking guy and young Hispanic guy)I saw the Indian guy follow / watch a very clean cut Black man shop in the store one time and while paying I noticed he had a Denver police badge.The parking lot is also always a soup sandwich!Terrible
