Literally the best service I've ever received ever. Whoever was working tonight was super joyful and funny and overall gave me a very good experience at 3 in the morning. The guy even paid for my stuff in the name of Christmas. Give this man a raise!!!

Oh man where do I start this is the absolute worst and most sorry 711 I've ever been too pretty much all the staff there are always super grumpy and rude and give an attitude some charge you for bags some don't there's absolutely no consistency. 90% of the time they claim to only take cash. Their usually understaffed to where you'll be waiting at the counter forever while they ignore you and act like your not there as they either are napping in the back of the store with no one even tending the counter or taking there sweet time picking all the online orders. One time one of the employees a young man refused to give me my change because apparently he didn't have change in his drawer so he ended up just keeping my money, don't ever go here their criminal! Would give zero stars if I could!!

I have been coming here for years. This location is constantly understaffed and more recently has begun randomly closing, during business hours, because their point of sale system is broken.

Went into the 7-Eleven to add $5 on cash app to cover a fee for my rent check. Apparently there needs to be a manager to add money to cash app and they can't just scan the barcode. And there's no manager that works on the weekends.

Cashier very rude said tacos were "to cold" and got hostile about it. Mind you it is a self serve I personally like my tacos warm not hot so they were right temp for me. As I proceeded to checkout she started to be very rude and got into a yelling match with me. I would like 7-11 to checkout camera footage Date 07/7/23 apx time: 9:30/10:00. I have also included a photo of of this specific cashier.

Gosh if I could do no stars I would. Idk where they pulled the old hag with the yellow short hair and black eyeliner and the glasses hanging from her neck from but she is a nasty rude person and should not be working in any type of customer service. People like this are what ruin peoples mornings. They definitely need to put her away from where they got it undo the hiring asap

Went in this afternoon just to grab a few snacks and noticed a line of people at the register while the worker there (blonde , no teeth, older woman, seemed to be on something) screamed something and ran to the back of the store, we were not understanding what was going on and went to join the line. After 10 minutes of the line growing and customers walking in confused as to where any workers where, the woman finally came back out to ring out one person then continue to scream “well i can’t do anything so get mad all you want” (keeping in mind no one was incredibly upset , everyone in line was being patient and no one had said anything to her) , us ,as well as the other 5 people in line, were still confused because she did not communicate anything to the other customers in the store until she finally screamed “i’m not ringing anyone out” and we all put our things down and walked out. It seems like all the workers of this 7/11 need training in customer service.. in exactly what they’re being paid to do.Considering the last time we had stopped by this 7/11 there was a group of workers arguing outside the doors while only 2 workers were inside (1 in training and the other seeming to be putting product away). This is our most convenient 7/11 but we will have to go to the one across the street due to the terrible service we have received the past few times. Attempted to contact corporate but was left on hold for 20 mins. Waste of our time and a trip.

Came in to get some 7-eleven brand sugar cookies and the overnight employee gave me the nastiest look up and down as I strolled into the store. When I asked what was wrong, he said very rudely “I’m trying to mop the floor and people keep coming while I’m mopping.”I didn’t buy anything, just turned and left back out. Dude needs a lesson on customer service

Stopped by tonight to get a quart of milk, expiration date was 03/31, but when we got home and opened it up it was completely spoiled. Super gross, waste of money and the trip - won’t be back.

We stop here after swim school for a slurpee and gas. The staff is so friendly! My kid loves to chat with the cashiers. Thanks for being so kind.
