Just love how extremely helpful and friendly the staff is. Though their hours are shorter than other stores, I will go out of my way to frequent that particular store. Just wish they were open 24 hours like other stores.

Some how this place got worse when they went corporate. New manager and people that work there are beyond rude. Manager uses her rewards number for all purchases and then is mean to people?!? Get it together i love 7/11

DO NOT GO HERE THEY HAVE CARD SKIMMERS ON THEIR GAS PUMPS AND INSIDE! DON'T KNOW IF IT'S THE EMPLOYEES OR THE CUSTOMERS BUT THERE HAVE BEEN PEOPLE THAT HAVE HAD THEIR CREDIT CARDS NUMBERS COPIED ALONG WITH THEIR SECURITY CODES. A BIG INVESTIGATION IS OPENED. AVOID THIS PLACE UNLESS YOU HAVE CASH.

Cashier was RUDE. He told me to wait because he wasn’t behind the counter, though I’m not sure why. Then he gleefully helped the next two male costumers with no problem. He began by over talking me when I asked a question and his tone from the initial interaction was just completely off. Everyone is going through something….The disrespect was completely uncalled for. Can’t say I’ll be back despite it being my neighborhood location. ALL costumers deserve better than the service that was provided today.

Do not get gas here! I’ve gone here twice and got my credit card compromised both times. I guess I figured they would’ve fixed it seeing as others have also reported it. There was even a post on Reddit about this gas station. DO NOT GO HERE

The worker didn't want to serve me because I was smoking and told me to wait for him to finish smoking, the truth is it's the worst franchise I've ever been to.

Added one star because I had to . In reality , ZERO stars . They want you to get out of the store as soon as possible . The bald guy , who seems to be the manager , is an extremely rude person . Talks to customers like we are trash telling people to move . Almost all of the people working here have absolutely no customer service skills. Just because you hate your job doesn't mean take it out on customers . Hope they change the team soon .

This has to be one of the worst franchise locations that I have been to. I visited this location just to make a quick withdrawal from the atm, when my card wasn't working I stepped outside to get some connection and went to make small talk with the cashier at the time. And asked if the location was corporate or franchise, and he gave me this nasty glare and asked "Why". I replied because I work for 711 and was just asking. I will no longer be visiting that location.

What's the point of having a store phone number if you NEVER answer it? Your shelves are more than half empty ALL the time. They NEVER have money orders. This is the worst 711 I've ever been to consistently!! Should be shut down!!!
