Guy who does Interlock Service is very unprofessional.. told me I owed 130 dollars then when disputed he goes on to tell me its 80. When I decided to Call the interlock customer service he got very rude with me as if he didn't want me to confirm the price. Upon calling Lifesafers customer service they tell me all that is due is a small fee of 18 as it is my first month of service. While on hold with customer service the Interlock guy was inside the shop yelling about "The kid getting his Interlock Done".. safe to say wont be coming here for any types of service even though it is the easiest stop for me.

After several other Guardian dealers could not install the system properly, A&J has been above and beyond what I would have asked for. They not only corrected others' (multiple others) mistakes but did it so well that I haven't had any issues since! Having quit drinking alcohol I really needed someone who was going to help me get through these two years easily and A& J are those people.

DO NOT USE FOR INTERLOCK. There Tire service may be good. I wouldn't know I used them for Guardian Interlock. DO NOT USE this company. Here is what you will be dealing with. First they will push a stack of paper work for you to sign and then act impatient while you try to read it. They want you locked in. Because once you find out how poorly you are treated by these people. That alone will make you want to leave them. Leaving them is a $200 charge. They bring you in with the hope of inexpensive service. What happens in the small print on the contract is that if you over heat this product 82 degrees you lose time on your next visit. Unscheduled visits are an EXTRA $40 + the cost of paying your monthly visit $60. If you try to talk with them about how unfair this is they tell you, you singed the contract that THEY HURRIED you through. In my opinion this is a scam. If you also pay attention they have numerous comments below. That look like they paid some internet reputation company. I would find it very hard to believe that any one was happy whit this company. Every time I had an issue there I was greeted with OPPOSITION and as to how their policies aren't their problem there mine! Here is a list of things that will give you an unscheduled visit: above or below temp 40 – 82 degrees, missed rolling retest, unplugging to fast, leaving this unit in your car, the unit giving a false positive. The last one I feel is the most important. This company will report to the DMV every fail even if the rate of decent is not human. This means that the DMV is in charge of filtering out what's a positive and what's not. Has anyone ever seen the DMV have the manpower to cypher this out? I REPEATE DO NOT USE A & J TIRE FOR YOUR INTERLOCK

I will never go back!!! They have the worst attitudes! I came in for oil change and to have a coolant leak checked. I was told my car could be done within 30 minutes. An hour and 15 minutes later I walked around to the garage and ask one of the technicians about my car. He told me I don't know I'm not working on it. I ask him can I please speak with the person that is working on it? He walked off and went to speak to a different technician.That technician walked up to me, and told me that the man working on my car went to lunch and that I would just have to wait since my car was already here. I told him I was told it would be 30 minutes and it's been over an hour. I ask him how long would the wait be? He told me, “I don't know he went to lunch you just have to go back inside and wait.†I went inside told the man behind the desk, “I need my car now, you told me it would be 30 minutes it's been over an hour.†He was friendly, and got me my car. He told me that the person working on my car was the owner Adam. Shame!!! I do not recommend this place for anything!!!
