Lilia is great, fun to talk to, confident in her craft. Her prices are reasonable and on par with what you would get at fancier salons. The salon itself is in need of a bit of a makeover (think: 90's haircut posters) and she does not take credit card (!!!!), so it's either cash or Venmo.

Lilia is the best at her craft. Uber customer service oriented. Fair pricing for great results. This shop seems to specialize in doing seniors and is attentive to their specific and special needs. Most of her customers have a standing appointment, but you can easily schedule a convenient time. Make an appointment...you will not be disappointed. ?♀️✂️

I love my stylist Lilia does what I want with my hair at a very reasonable price. Very warm friendly small shop. I have been going to her for 2 years, it took several years to find the right person after I was no longer satisfied with my previous stylist.

"Geuss", there really is a first for everything. I was in this Salon last month. It was my birthday and my fiance kept our 1yr old son so i could have a much needed me day. Whenever i first walked in there was a woman with dark brown hair and a man working. The women just looked me over as if i was on the stand in a court room, and she was the jury. No greeting just a dirty look. The guy working then realized that he would be the one to help me, however i could sense this classist, racism towards me from the time i walked in and sat down. I'll admit im usually uncomfortable any time i first walk into a place but that feeling always fades away due to the sincerity of the employees and the love of there job as well as the professionalism and customer service. I am new to this area and only for a short amount of time. I am from South Mississippi so i was born and raised with that good ole southern hospitality as well as manners and respect of all elder people. I am not shy at all very happy and friendly person. That being said since i have been in this state i have obtained a new found knoledge on how people up north are different from the people down south. Anyways, long story short. I waited almost 2 hrs before i was finally seated in the hairdressers chair, No problem already expect that anytime you walk in without booking an apt. Immediatly embarassed from the start with my dry damaged hair which he was just so shocked about as well as other employees and fellow customers that were there. He starts to comb my hair out and is just ripping my hair out with every stroke of the brush still making comments and sounds of disbelief as to the state of my hair which has a lot to due with where im from. At this point i am regreting having ever walked in this salon which is definately my first time ever. I was and still am completely shocked at the overall customer service and un-professionalism. I literally was taken back to grade school being the victim of bullying only this time it was at a business that is built on serving people, and the bullys were the employees. So after the long wait to be seen which was expected there was a 96 yr old woman whom my hairdresser was not finished, which i thought was amazing so having already started my haircut had to stop to resume his work on her. I was asked to sit in another area so that he could finish helping her. While i was sitting there waiting again tears just started to fill my eyes so before anyone saw i got up and asked if it was alright if i walked out for a minute. As i am sitting alone outside my thoughts began to race which started me questioning myself thinking maybe i am overreacting. One of the questions i asked myself outside was have i ever been this miserable and embarrased while at any salon and i knew the answer was Hell no! Not even at a salon that did a terrible job on my hair, which in the end is always ok because how your treated is just as important as the outcome of your hair, its the service, and genuine kindness, as well as being pampered. That are the sole reasons any woman who has a, "me day"! Decides it is to be spent at the salon.

I decided that there weren't any excuses for the poor people skills as well as the judgemental "looks & whispers," coming from the " UN-GODLY "people in this establishment. Surely leaving no reason why I should put myself through anymore of it, so i left with a half a haircut and tears rolling down my face. Which makes this my first time and hopefully my last!!! Ps! I would just like to add my overall review for this establishment. That said if it were possible I would rate a negative overall star rating. I would give them "5 stars" for worst, "customer service" recieved at a place that is soley built on its customers! I wouldn't refer this place to anyone not even if offered incentives!!! I will cut my own hair before I ever allow myself such treatment
