As we were driving to this place to empty out one of the storage units my sister had here, my friend was telling us about the horrible experience he had with the manager, a Mr. Jeremy Michael. We soon found out how right he was. We get there and my sister comes out in tears because apparently if you have more then one unit and any one of them is late you can't access any of your units. We had a moving truck with a crew of 3 behind us with the clock ticking on labor. I went into his office and asked to see the contract and he said no because it wasn't my unit. Jeremy Michael's did not care that he was about to completely screw someone over. The fee was 175 to access the unit. I went back out and spoke to my sister, and luckily I had brought 200 with me so I told my sister let's go see this contract and pay this fee. This is where it gets unbelievable. As I walk into the building, Jeremy says "if this guy keeps coming In my office I'm going to get him a trespassing charge! He can not be on the premises at all!" I was helping my sister move and he knew it. Why would you do that unless you enjoy making people suffer? I did not threaten him or anything I just asked to look at the contract. After they were done my sister told me that he was totally cold hearted. My sister had paid for the storage that we were accessing, but didn't quite have enough to cover her second, smaller one. She got an email saying she had 10 days to pay it, but it says nothing about not being able to access any of your storages. So they will take your money but you can't access it! That's a trap if I've ever heard of one. Being the manager he could have been understanding, but this guy enjoys watching women cry. This pathetic excuse for a man is the reason my sister went through hell that day and he is exactly what my friend had said he was. A pathetic POS that enjoys watching people suffer. I would avoid this place like it was the plague. The manager is a horrible human being.

This self storage facility is well-run and manager and staff are very personal and responsive. You can pay your bill online. Gate access is by key code. Closed Sunday.

Off and on for years I have used a storage place. They are the go to of all storage facilities. Very friendly helpful and informative. They treat us customers as family. Best rates in all of Colorado. I would like to think all of the staff for their help throughout the years
