PLEASE don't waste your money. You're going to pay thousands more than what the item costs. I've paid 2k already for a 700$ couch and somehow still owe the same. It is extremely predatory.

What a complete joke and waste of my time!
I ordered a washer and dryer for delivery and inquired about a timeframe, but I was told there wasn’t one. I spent the entire day at home waiting for the delivery, and around 2 o’clock, I called to check in. I believe I spoke with someone named Dominic who was quite rude. When I asked to verify my information, she simply told me that they would arrive when they could.
Finally, around 6 o’clock, I called back only to be told that the delivery had been attempted and no one was home. This was inaccurate, as I was present all day. I informed them that I no longer wanted the washer and dryer and requested they take it back. I also made it clear that I did not want any further delivery attempts.
after several attempts at the location, nothing was rectified. They said they would count their inventory as if they had delivered it and I was keeping it. And they would call me back received a call back. I missed the call. I called Anna back and she never returned my call. They then we’re gonna count their inventory Never heard a word then the general manager was gonna call me never heard a word in the meantime,
Subsequently, I started receiving harassing phone calls about an unpaid bill. They contacted not only me but also my out-of-state relatives, which I consider unacceptable. I reached out to the corporate office and was promised a call from the general manager within 48 hours, but I never received it. I followed up with corporate again today and will be awaiting their response.

This Store has been HORRIBLE! There is a lady that is rude as hell. They do not notate accounts at all. I've been trying to get a bed returned since early December and yet they have not contacted me on multiple occasions until today. It's been irritating and extremely frustrating. They keep pushing me further & further out for "pick up" which they are probably going to fail to do. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND AARON'S TO ANYONE AT ALL.
Also whoever the lady that answers the phones needs to find another job cause she just hangs up and decides not to answer. CLEARY she can't do her job correctly.

This place is absolutely the worst the account team is rude always trying to charge extra money to switch our due date back to the original day it was due took money out of our account without permission then said we owe 50 dollars to get a refund even though we are caught up absolutely ridiculous I would give negative stars if I could

Been a customer for over 10 years always had great service until now ordered couches online said they would be delivered by November 30th never got a call to schedule delivery. I called on December 7th to see when they would be delivered was told they just got to their location and they were booked until December 18th. I asked if I could pick them up i was told no because they were ordered online. Scheduled the delivery and was told as long as someone was at the house they would be delivered. Get a call on the delivery day and I was told I had to be at the house to receive them. I took time from work so I could be there and they delivered them to my old address because there system didn't update to my new address that was I was having them delivered to. I was told I need proof that I now live at the new address. Being I just moved I had did not have anything on hand. I was told I would have to reschedule for December 30th. Now they just lost a customer that has been loyal to them for years. Be aware when ordering from them cause everyone i talked to said something different when I talked to them and none of them are on the same page when it comes to dealing with issues it's a finger pointing game.

I had nothing but positives for this place now I never will. I had surgery 9/23 and haven’t been able to return to work ever since due to complications and 3 hospital stays. They had said working on club claim, till last week a person who said he’s a new manager at the store said there’s no claim for me and asked me to immediately pay. How can someone who’s not aloud to return to work like hearing that. End of the call be told me to F off. How is this my fault of the store didn’t document anything beforehand

So been an Aaron's customer for 12 years. Had wonderful customer service up until now. The last item we paid off in March of this year. Had no issues and was even allowed to pick it up in store like usual. Then last month, we order a TV and PS5. Took three weeks just to get the items finally delivered since they refused to allow us to pick them up in store. They scheduled delivery for a day we really weren't available on but thankfully my husband's boss is a great guy. We did make a complaint to corporate about the service and late delivery. Got a call from the regional manager and that was it. Now... two weeks after getting our items, we get a call from the store trying to confirm a pick up of the items. No reason for it, nothing. So call corporate and it's: we don't know why. maybe there was a miscommunication. I haven't spoken to these people since my delivery and I sure didn't owe a payment yet so there shouldn't be any miscommunication at all. It's plain harassment over making a complaint. This will utterly be the last time I use Aaron's for anything I want. I could have gone to Rent a Center and got the same items plus a sound bar, speaker, and extra controller for only $40 more than what I am paying now and the lady I spoke to was awesome about the process and allows in store pickup.

I am disgusted. I literally just had a bedroom set delivered 2 weeks ago. We have already paid off many things from Aaron's in Federal Heights before it closed. So I took advantage of their first month for 1 cent sale. Now I have the store calling me 10 times a day when I haven't even had the furniture for a month yet. Tonight while I was working, I answered the phones and Anna from Aaron's called for me to collect. Our calls at my job are recorded. My bosses will hear the call. If I get reprimanded or worse, I will take legal action. Earlier when Anna called me at home, she was rude and so was the other employee my husband had to deal with. I knew I should've went to Rent A Center. I don't recommend this store to anyone. I plan on going to Aaron's corporate also. Anna has no business working in customer service .

Didn’t end up purchasing a couch. Everything we wanted to try on display they didn’t have available in-store. We attempted to buy a used couch but it was horrendous condition. It had blue ink stains, brown stains in the pillow, smelt bad, and looked bad. They have bad communication and customer service. Our salesman Jacob told us what we wanted to hear and didn’t seem to know what he was doing. Very unprofessional store.
