I was looking for new seat foam for my 90's Honda / Acura, as the 30 year old foam had deteriorated and I was sinking into the seat. The team at Aranda's was easy to reach, communicative, and friendly. They did an excellent job of listening and discussing the requirements of using the existing covers but swapping the foam. The results were excellent! Highly recommended.

Aranda's was amazing! They replaced my 16 year old Mazda MX-5 roof. Working with Lino and his team was great. Lino explained what replacement roof he would order, we coordinated a day and time. It took him 2 days and he kept my baby in store over night. They also constructed a new shift boot cover for me which is incredible. The roof is a better quality than the one that came with the car, which had a glass window that was glued into place where as the new one is stitched and reinforced. Avoid at all costs. I set up an appointment, drove 20 miles, and he was not there. His daughter, who needed a translator, showed me some samples and said he would call me back. he never did. When I called back, he asked me to drive and to show up again so that HE could take a sample, totally unconcerned about the fact that he was a no show the first time, and I would have to drive 20 miles once again for his highness to take a look. Extremely poor customer service and uncaring. Maybe he provides better service if you speak Spanish.

I have to say, I had an amazing experience here. Adele is fantastic. She's quick to help, super friendly, very knowledgable about all of their merchandise. She made me feel welcome and relaxed, and not pressured in the least. She made us feel like we were the most important people there. If you have a chance to go there, PLEASE ask for Adele. She really is awesome. The store itself was extremely clean, all of the staff wore masks, and I really felt like they took our safety and health seriously. There's a limit on how many people can be in the store at one time, so not only does it insure we are safe healthwise, it also makes for a pleasant experience. They also have excellent promotions, fast delivery, and their prices are based on monthly payments versus weekly like other places. All in all, this is an excellent company and this store specifically is worth the trip to go in and see Adele. I HIGHLY recommend Aaron's AND Adele :)

Adele helped us and went out of her way to accommodate our needs. She bundled some stuff together to make our monthly payment a little cheaper. This store is awesome and everyone work masks. It's clean and sanitized. They made sure to limit the amount of people coming in and safety was a top priority. A+++ store. The wife and I were very satisfied.

I HAD a need to make my wheel chair leather, and while i was at it CUSTOM! this guy is GOOD! Miguel, did Great work, took on the challenge, and nailed it!! it helps if you know spanish, but i'm sure you can communicate the idea. i'm very happy with the work just a couple small details to take care of, but with a new type of "furniture" it is to be expected. i definitely recommend this place, GREAT Value

This companies customer service practices are HORRIBLE. If you do not immediately answer your phone when they call you they proceed to call everyone you have listed on your paperwork trying to find you and collect money. Also, one employee in particular, Angela, is sooooo rude that I can't believe she has a job in customer service. Someone needs to send her to a customer service class!! If she treated all of the customers the way she treated me then I am surprised this company is able to retain ANY business what so ever. My advice....if you need furniture quick dont use this particular store....GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!
