I was just in the store and had to deal with the rudest male employee. They closed the dressing rooms for the night which I find odd. But when I asked he was so rude and rolled his eyes and told me they were closed. I am someone who has to try on stuff before I buy. I had 4 pairs of pants I had to put back. As well as another woman next to me. So unfortunately this lost my and another woman’s business as well. The male employee was so rude to his co worker as well and made me feel very uncomfortable. I was so excited to try on these pants as I have been wanting them for a while. So I’m upset I didn’t get the chance to try them on and potentially buy them. Hope this employee gets training on how to work with the general public a little better. To add on: we went back about 30 min later. My brother asked for the pants off the mannequin because it was the only pair of the pants he wanted in his size. We were of course given attitude and told that they don’t typically do that for people. As we went to check out another costumer asked to try on some pants and the young girl working said “sorry they are closed you can buy them and go try them on somewhere else in the mall and return them if they don’t work”. The costumer wasn’t happy and put her stuff back on the pile and was upset understandably! Crazy you cannot try clothes on in a store. As the costumer walked away the young girl mouthed “F off and F you” to the costumer and was like “bye” with attitude and rolling her eyes. I have worked in retail and understand you can have a bad day but there is a line drawn where you are just being lazy and unprofessional.

Shocked by the new “look” with fluorescent lighting and smelled like cheap perfume. The original Abercrombie design was classic and enjoyable to shop because it was low lighting and had rich dark wood design elements with division walls throughout the store. Unfortunately, this new design resembles every other fast fashion store in the mall that I avoid at all costs. On the plus side they did reduce the volume of the typically loud music, but the new volume is barely audible. I did not recognize certain third party brands, and they looked like they did not belong there. It was weird. I could not find myself in this new Abercrombie and I had to leave without buying anything, and to avoid any further disappointment

No greetings but did notify me fitting rooms close at 7:30 when store closes at 8. I put clothes back and walked out.

The three girls at the counter didn't acknowledge my presence, say hello, welcome, anything. I had a return and as I stood there for far to long without acknowledgement I said "I need to return this"... One of the girls took my return, still not acknowledging me and carried on their conversation as I stood there. She then returned my order incorrectly and I told her it was for in store not online (and 18.00 difference) still no conversation or even a gaze up or stop in their conversation. Returned item & did not state it was done as I still stood there. Amazingly distracted humans that are "employed" there- doing absolutely nothing that has to do with customer service. Rude and unprofessional.

I manage a retail store and would be absolutely embarrassed if my staff acted the way this store does. I walked in looking to purchase something for my fiancé and honestly had no idea where it would even be. I walk up to 3 ladies sitting on the cash area having a conversation and ask for help, and was just pointed in a direction and told “next to the black pants” and if you have ever been in this store you know that does not help as there are lots of black pants. I get it’s not high end and not the most satisfying job but there was only 2 other people in there and only one lady was actually working. For this to be the staff at the most prominent shopping center in Denver is disappointing.

Absolutely rude. Closed the fitting rooms at 6:30pm when they close at 8pm. Had to go across to try the dresses on and when returned one, they threw the original receipt away, beeped at the door as they forgot to take the sensor off, had to come to the register and was accused of stealing! They found the receipt at the trash, was told “have a good day” a few times when they were told that their behavior was not nice. Would never go here again, horrible customer service.ps stop lisping and use your normal tone of voice and manners, bunch of rude kids

Employees were extremely rude, when we walked in it was completely empty and we didn’t even get greeted by one of the 4 employees they had in there(one of them being a manager) when I asked for help with a size the girl looked bothered to be pulled away for her phone. They had one last pair of pants in my size which was on a mannequin and she told me I couldn’t have them. I also had a return in which I was told they couldn’t take even though it was new with tags. When the manager came over she just told me to call customer service or go to a different store with a snotty attitude. It just felt like a group of mean girls who hate their lives. No wonder the store was dead, the employees suck and the store is ugly. I would be embarrassed to behave how the girls in that store did.

Walking into this store reminded me of why brick and mortars are dying. While I understand retail is not the most riveting of careers, have at least the slightest bit of respect for your shoppers, otherwise what are you being paid for. It was 7:31 and I was told no less than 7 times that the fitting rooms were closed for the night and when I asked for help finding a size, the 5 employees at the checkout area looked as though I was bothering them.

The fitting rooms should not “close for the night” half hour before closing. They had their entrance 1/4 open as well to “welcome costumers” Every other store at the mall welcomed costumers and allowed them to brose and try clothes on as needed.

Much improved atmosphere to past business model. Lots of shirts with a vintage feel to them. Sweatshirts are comfortable. Their brand of pajamas are all I wear, so warm & comfy.

The staff was rude, and wouldn’t let me try on one pair of pants at 7:30, because the “fitting rooms were closed for the night” don’t understand how you’re open for another 30 minutes but close the dressing rooms in a retail store…. If I tried to close early at my job I would be written up. Was going to buy the pants if they fit but I’d rather purchase from those who have good customer service.

In store experience was not good. No greeting or offer to help. I found what I was looking for and had to ask for a cashier. I was the only customer in the store. The store was not particularly attractive.

Not sure what’s up with the associates but it seems like they all hate their jobs. No one was checking in on me and I had to find an associate for a fitting room. When I asked if they had any she just said “follow me” very rudely and wasn’t the best with service. It’s not hard to be accommodating
