Constantly told one thing and then go back and told another. Typically if you don’t know the answer to something you ask and find out for sure instead of just saying stuff and assuming. Then you’re told oh well sorry nothing we can do. Even when you explain and see who you talked to and gave you certain information they act like they have no idea what you’re talking about. Worst branch ever to go to.

Ms.Michelle is the best teller, she is one of the main reason why I stay with academy bank for the several years I been there, I’ve had times where I wanted to close my account but that was avoided due to Michelle being persistent and friendly while she helps and make sure I’m good. I love walking into branch specifically because everyone know me and remembers me like a bank family. Matt is very intelligent and gives great advice that help boost my credit, because he told me how to understand credit. I LOVE THIS BANK THEY DESERVE 100 STARS

bank is ran by theifs.academy bank stole my savings account .. all of my cash.i am told statute of limitations. after ten years of run around with bank employees.attached a rollover account to my checking. when i went to withdraw or close out my savings of seventy five hundred dollars. they tell me i have no savings. that i confused the rollover account with a savings. that in fact it was a checking account. rediculis. academy bank caused me to be homeless.i advise everyone to not give this bank your cash. they will steal it.I finally contacted the fdic. sol is it. we will see

Great bank. The staff is so helpful. Matt is great as well as Michelle and the rest of the crew. Very few issues ever come up but if they do everyone works hard to make sure it gets resolved.

Website needs update. Drive thru doesn't close at 2 like it mentions on the website and actually close at 12 weekend day -saturday-

I worked with a bank rep named I A rep named Forough was very helpful In a dire situation where my account was hacked into, she not only helped with my claim, but recommend a small loan to help cover costs until my claim was resolved. She was patient and courteous. Excellent customer services!

Amber and her team are amazing! I was having trouble with a check deposit, and she stepped in, connected with corporate to find out what was wrong and she resolved it quickly. She went above and beyond in order to help me at a point that I was really upset. I will be a loyal customer from now on because of Amber and how she assisted me with this issue. when it comes to banking, I wish we could all have someone like Amber in our corner!Sincerely,Becky Reed

Worst banking experience of my entire life. I went to close a savings account and they closed all my accounts. I then could not pay my bills, I was moving that weekend and when I reached out to them for help they assured me everything was fixed. They did nothing to fix my account and marked my debit card as fraudulent when the issue was their mistake for closing my checking account without my permission or request. I spent hours talking with bankers and they all lied about my account being restored. Then my paycheck wasn’t deposited because of their negligence and inability to pay attention to details. So now I have no money, no access to my money and my account is still disabled because they said it was fraud instead of a banking error they made. They have cost me 100’s of dollars in late charges and fees because they closed my account without my permission. I will never recommend or bank with them ever again. The customer service sucks and they actually lie to their customers about fixing issues.

This lady who claimed to be the boss was like a hit or miss claiming she couldn’t have a check signed over to my son and she had to go check some stuff out. I’m like the check I have came from an out of state bank. If she’s the “Boss” why would she have to talk to someone in the back? She jut had a terrible attitude like she hates her job or something.

Bank gave us the runaround regarding my deceased father in laws account. Made us jump through hoops for 2 months, reassuring us each time that we would be able to receive a disbursement of funds. Then they illegally opened an Estate account for him and took all the money in his account. Don't bank here! I've already filed a complaint with the BBB.
