I’ve been taking my vehicles here for years, from window tint and clear bra to performance parts, lift kits, wheels and tires. I wouldn’t take my vehicles anywhere else!

Does this place do great work, absolutely they do. I have had $2800 worth of accessories, heated seats, detail tent, etc. done on my Nissan Xterra, I also brought a Chevrolet volt to get the tail lights tinted last year that was $120 for two tail lights and several other cars, I’ve had a remote starts put in however, I went to drop off to tail lights to get them tinted today. They said there was a price increase I’m thinking OK let’s see how much it is well let me assure you it was not little. They went from $120 for both tail lights to $120 for each tail and even the window tinter said these were very simple tail lights and I brought them to him. I refused to pay $240 plus tax when the entire car cost me less than that to Tint these prices are absolutely ridiculous. Now thank God for competition, but I think that accessories Inc just asked me as a customer permanently with these Ludacris price increases.

I brought my truck in to get a K&N air intake these dudes put on a Flowmaster I also got my windows tinted and I'm an experienced tintee I know you don't roll the windows down but there were bubbles and limes all in my tiny then 6 months later one day when rolling down my window it crumpled and completely came off. These guys are not good at what they do they just offer a lot of stuff

Purchased a Jason topper for our GMC truck and it leaked the very first time it rained after it was installed. They mentioned it was a warranty issue and they needed to get a seal from the manufacturer. In the meantime, we made the mistake of getting our other vehicle's front windows tinted. After five days, we rolled down the windows to find the film incorrectly installed and starting to peel away. We made another appointment after they said they would fix the tint. We waited for over an hour in the parking lot and no one showed up or was in the office. After still getting told that they were waiting for the manufacturer to get back to them, I decided to call the Jason Toppers myself. The manufacturer said that a warranty claim had not been submitted and they had no record of Accessories Inc contacting them in regards to my topper.Needless to say, less than a year later and thousands of dollars down the drain, we purchased a Leer topper from another business that does not leak. This has been an absolute waste of time and money dealing with this inept business.

The people and service at Accessories Inc was absolutely exceptional! I could not recommend them more highly! The company worked with my family from out of town to coordinate a birthday surprise on my car. I dropped off my vehicle for a "detailing" and came back to a gorgeous new grille guard and KC lights (and a detailing)! The installation is gorgeous; clean wiring and a beautiful bumper. The staff could not have been friendlier or more excited to help out! I am absolutely returning for their high quality service!

I was told 2 weeks for a topper. I planed double that. I figure that was wishful thinking it would arrive that fast. I had to call every time to ask where my topper was. Inquired what anybody could do on the price for the outrageous wait for my not so cheap item. Nobody ever calls back. Asked what they would be able to do for adding a rack on the topper. Still no call back. 14 weeks go by and all of a sudden my topper arrives and it has a rack on it with no prior authorization. Go here for this experience!

Well... if I had answered the phone when they called, I'd have known to wait before I drove up. Part my fault. But they ordered the tonneau I wanted and it should be there in 2 days. Very apologetic, and it's not a big deal anyway.Excellent customer service, I feel like I'm hanging out with family when I'm in there. Kenny and Blake are great, and Freddie is awesome too. I don't buy a lot of accessories, but they've got what I would be looking for.

I called to receive a quote for parts and schedule installation for something I wanted to be replaced on my vehicle. I was transferred to Ken, who asked that I e-mail all of the information to him for this. I sent my VIN #, and he promised to get back to me on parts/installation costs, which started on 10/05. Since then, I have called a few times and asked for him only to be told he's not in the shop and have e-mailed several times, being responded to only once to be told "I will get you a quote shortly" (10/06 - the day after I sent the e-mail with all my info) and since then it's been crickets.This wasn't just a simple $50 part either; the item I was looking to have replaced was definitely going to be in the $800-1000 range for parts/install—shame on the owner for not hiring a shop manager that can properly manage their staff.I think this speaks volumes about how this place is managed. If a customer calls and wants parts/pricing for something and you can't even get back to them within 10 calendar days, how do you stay in business?I could understand 24-48 hours in some cases if they're swamped, but the fact remains that they haven't made a single effort to follow up with me; it's all been me following up with THEM despite me being the one to give them MY business.If I were you, I'd steer clear and look for a more reputable shop that appreciates its' customers and wants to earn their business and provide at least an average level of customer service.
