Love this neighborhood store. The staff were friendly and helpful. The gentleman who helped me yesterday deal with a few odd broken wheels was ultra kind. I’ve had negative experiences with customer service in big home improvement stores before, so to know that my neighborhood store is a friendly spot is a great plus. Also huge plus for me was being able to bike right to the front door to lock up and walk in. I highly recommend my Highland neighbors to come here for their home improvement needs.

Just bought our freshly cut Xmas tree from Andy. ( we have for years) The prices and the service are the best around. We even ended up with a new stand…they have a great selection of all the trimming.

Worst hardware store on the planet. Staff has no knowledge or training, manager is useless. You will lose faith in humanity entering this store. I’m telling everyone I know to avoid this place.

This place is great! Doing a remodel near 32nd and Zuni and this place has saved me from going to Home Depot many times! The folks that work there are very friendly and always seem to have what I need. Very handy if you are anywhere near 38th and Federal. The popcorn is great too!

Alex was so helpful and efficient in helping me today with replacing my key fab battery for my car. He also helped make a spare key for me and programmed it on the spot. Thank you! Great selection of things I need for the house projects I’m a convenient location.
