I had my Subaru repaired here recently. Jeremy and the team not only did a great job with my vehicle, but they were extremely communicative, often providing me with updates on the claim and answered my questions thoroughly. While I hope to never need an auto-repair service from a fender bender again, I know exactly where I'd seek services if I did. Thank you!

I’ve gone to many collision repair facilities over the decades with mixed results. the experiences were often pretty stressful. This time i decided to take an entire day. i popped into all the ‘select’ collision repair shops that my insurance company endorsed. I finally wanted to find a shop that felt like family, that i trusted and where i would almost look forward to taking my car to the next time it was randomly hit. i’d love to give you a report on all the places i visited and how uneasy i would have felt if i were stuck with any of them. some were shocking in their behavior and others just felt lackluster. i was almost ready to compromise on my values. the very last place i visited was Addison. my mind was blown from the get go. the way the body shop manager Jake Laino was immediately ON it. the way he intelligently and skillfully and kindly assessed the damage, taking pictures and explaining to me was another whole world for me. head and shoulders above all the other places i had interviewed. the operations manager, Tom Wenzel, was so genuinely concerned about taking care of my beautiful car, so authentic and trustworthy and amazing. there was absolutely no question that i had found my forever repair facility. Diana and Yvette at the front desk were so welcoming and detail oriented and rounded out the entire experience. there was a decent amount of repairs needed so imagine my surprise when it only took them 4 working days to finish the job! AND then going to pick it up and looking at the gorgeous work they performed was the frosting on the beautiful cake!! pure perfection!! i’ve been looking admiringly at my sleek car all day. I’m absolutely dazzled by the work Addison did and i’m equally dazzled by the good vibes i felt throughout the process! they are my heroes. I couldn’t be happier- or more amazed- by this phenomenal company. finding them was finding pure gold!

This is my second time using Addison Auto. I would highly recommend. Excellent customer service. Updates on the work via text and they got it done earlier then expected. They seem to work closely with the rental car place - and everything was so easy.

Addison did an excellent job on our Honda CR-V car repair from an accident. They also did some non-accident related repair work and charged us a very reasonble price. And the car was super clean when we picked it up.

Jake the estimator took very good care of me. Daiana also was super helpful from the front desk. I truly take my hat off for the staff. They are amazing. Even though it took a little longer than what I expected and the truck wasn’t completely fixed when they gave it to me, the way they take care of every minor issue it’s just amazing and I’m very grateful for it. Would recommend this shop to absolutely anyone looking for a good and warm costumer service and an excellent repair service.

Addison was the recommended auto repair shop by the insurance company and I can see why! Everything from start to finish was very efficiently and expertly done, from the front desk (shout out Diana!) to the pick-up (shout out too although apologies, I forgot your name) which was actually sooner than originally estimated. They also coordinated the insurance company and communications and rental car pick up from nearby Enterprise who knew and recommended Addison Auto highly. While the parking lot damage was unexpected and annoying, the repair process was extremely easy and the final result flawless thanks to the professionals at Addison Auto. Thanks again though honestly I hope I don't have to see you soon!

Addison was recommended to me by our auto service provider and they did not disappoint. Their understanding of the body work needed on my truck and the process with insurance was apparent from the beginning.
