Don't waste your money!!! I purchased 2 Airhead G-Force 3 since 2020 and both barley lasted a season! I reached out and was told, "unfortunately you are out of the warranty". They offered me a discount to use off their site and it was still cheaper on Amazon so basically they offered me nothing. When I went back to them to see what else they can offer I was told..."Unfortunately I’m not able to do nothing there" Not worth the money!!

Bought 2 flagpole holders on amazon for an outrageous price of $100 EACH b/c it's the only one that fit my boat. Within a year one of them goes bad. It's under warranty so I contact Airhead, give a thorough description of my amazon order, the issue, etc. They reply back saying I need to fill out a warranty form, but don't include the form or a link to it. I ask for how to get to the form, they send me instructions, I fill it out. They say the warranty claim is approved, but they are out of stock on the item. Meanwhile, the amazon store has them for sale with the seller as "Airhead". I reply and ask them to refund my purchase. They say since I didn't buy it directly from them (I did, THROUGH THEIR AMAZON STORE), they can't refund the purchase. I'll do everything I can to never do business with this company again.

For shipping they are fast!!! Check in is at glass door 106-107. Appointment at 8am loaded by 8:20am. Courteous and professional staff.

I called and left a message for c/s. No return call. Tried to leave a message on their site. Would not let it go through. I wish I could say the suction cups that I bought for my boat cover "sucked" but they don't! Will not stay in place to hold the cover. Big waste of money and my time.

Dont buy the sportsstuff snow Ryder entry level snow board. At NO point will it slide down any hill. It has a cheap wood bottom. Look at every snowboard and see what you missed. A slick bottom. Waste of money. Did you even test ride it before mass production

I actually had a really good experience with their customer service team! I use a lot of different Airhead product lines and overall I’m happy with them, except for the Super Mabel tube. Luckily they sent me another cover on the house and made me a customer for life! Thanks again Airhead!!

Customer service is non-existent. Tried 5 times to get refund or replacement snow tube. Never held air. Total waste of money. Called, emailed (2 times) faxed information (2 times) and no response to any contact. Would never recommend.

I have sent several emails and left voice mail but no response for a quality issue with a pair of snow shoes less than a month since purchase. Not what I expect for quality customer service.

Our Airhead tubes are amazing! We now have three and they oldest one has lasted over five years. We keep them outside and they are still holding up.
