I was a tourist and wanted to rent a car the owner told me about the costs and gave me the final price, on which we agreed. One part of the price was a security deposit which I supposed to get back as soon as the car was returned . The price was calculated by the owner himself by hand. The priced was comparable to other car rentals, so I did not check his calculation. Some days after I returned the car I checked if the security deposit has already been returned. Surprisingly, I got a transaction but with much less money than the original security deposit I paid. I contacted the owner who told me that he miscalculated the price and to correct this mistake he returned not the whole security deposit. The actual price would have been much higher than the price we agreed on (that is also listed on the receipt). I would not have accepted the higher price if I had known it to the time I rented the car. Since that was not my mistake and I still had the receipt I demanded the full return of the security deposit multiple times without any success. I have not got the money back until today. What I was really upset about was that the owner didn’t even admit his mistake but instead just hoped I would not notice. Also, I could not follow his argumentation that I should have checked the calculation since he told me all the costs. My receipt with the price we originally agreed on was ignored and without any legal basis the owner just kept the money.

Amazing place. Bill was very respectful and helped me through my first renting experience. No credit card or check, better prices than most competitors. Car was clean and ran well.

Bill was great! He offered us to be able to pick up after hours, and rolled with the punches on a few changes we had with the band. Great guy!

Man he is awsome ❤️ I had went to two enterprises that told me I was too young and I had to have the major credit card and a bill in my name. I called Budget, Alamo, Thrifty and anything you can imagine. Imagine having the money and you can’t get the car! I called him multiple of times just to make sure I had everything correct and every time he was so patient. He is awesome as a person and it reflects in his business. If you are having a hard time please call this place. Very professional, polite and everything your looking for in superb customer service.

Bill runs a great business. I have rented from him over a dozen times in the last few years. No issues, none. I won’t rent anywhere else while in Denver. Great guy good rates.

This man and is business is a FRAUD. He is a con man, he will rent you a car that has SIGNIFICANT DAMAGES, then hold YOU responsible for what was already damaged. When you rent from him there is no insurance offered, it's all up to you. The Chevy Cruise that was rented to me license plate (AMI M39) was according to the sticker in the window close to 20 000 miles over due for a oil change, the entire steering column was destroyed from all the times it has been stolen, the horn didn't work, it had paint chipping off the back bumper that he told me was from getting rear ended when he was driving it back from LA where it was found last time it was stolen. When I took it back today after having it for months, almost 6, he claimed it was all my fault, he had OVER CHARGED me a WEEK, knowing I was bringing it back, this is over 350 dollars over the time I had it, also a large deposit, and he refused to give my money back citing "damages" that happened while HE was driving. He refused to give me a lawyer he uses to talk to, refused to own up to his mistakes, and I will be seeing him in court soon.

We left all credit cards at home during our trip, & needed a last minute day rental to drive to Canon. All the companies we contacted required credit cards, & we were eventually referred to airline auto who not only accommodated us with our debit card for a rental car, but was the sweetest man & had us in & out in no time. One of the best services we had while on our trip to Colorado. Would definitely recommend.

Overall my experience with Airline Auto was pleasant. I was denied at Hertz, Budget etc. because I am under 25, and didn't have a credit card present. I was told that Airline Auto would take a debit card so I went to them. Bill was pleasant and very willing to help. If you're in a rush, this might not be the place for you, as Bill was chatty. The vehicle itself was basically just OK... It was a 2013 chevy with well over 100k miles and drove like it, but didn't have any major issues despite the check engine light being on. Its best attribute was having AWD, which was handy because I took it to the mountains in a snow storm. Returning the car was easy. The office is also located a short train ride from the airport.Things to take note of: You need full collision insurance (maybe he has on option to insure through him), and if you pay with a debit card there will be a $200 security deposit, which was refunded to me in about 2 days after return.I don't typically write reviews, but I saw that Bill had some rather poor ones, and I wanted to put in my thoughts. If you need a car... Airline Auto Rental will provide that for you. Is it a brand new fancy car? No. Is it the cheapest option in Denver? Not quite. Bill did however help me out when others turned me away, so for that I am grateful. Would rent here again.

So I like adventures and could get a car for 44 a day for ten days which was about Half the airport rate during this shortage so I decided to take a chance.... ,,be aware at this point the company is basically one 80 year old man..."Bill"...who wants to meet at very specific times in a hole in the wall office in a ratty Holiday inn ten miles from DEN... my plane was an hour late and he fussed at me for making him "miss a meeting"...any way, got a decent Elantra with 25000 miles, bad smell from the cheap air freshener hanging from the mirror, dirty inside with a windshield that needed lots of windex inside and out, but ran fine, even through a monsoon going over Berthoud pass. The problem was he wanted to meet me at an exact time the last day to drop off and give me a one mile ride to the train station... well guess who wasn't there?... waited half an hour, went frantically to the Holiday inn, tried to get a cab, Uber, or shuttle van, no luck...getting frantic, went back to hole in the wall office and there's Bill! Said he was there The whole time but phone not working! This is the ONLY employee.... Any way, said hurry, I've got to make a plane, he says Hold on, I got to do the paperwork!! About to freakout but then the shuttle van from the hotel showed up so I bolted..... so, if you like Adventure, saving $, and old guys give Bill a try, but leave lots of time on both ends...good luck!

Human who treats renters as humans so unlike all the big Corp rentals who do not accept cash or less than perfect credit IN AMERICA. Shameful indeed, but Bill treats folks like the humanity we are. F- - - corporate Americas CO car rentals who leave travelers broke and stranded.
