I used the pre-checkin feature and that made getting the rental car super easy at the airport. Garfield was awesome at checkout. He had great customer service and made the experience pleasant. The customer service at rental car return was excellent as well.

Staff couldn’t do enough to make sure our experience was good.
Mr Dolan who apparently manages the Denver team, was outside on site and helping to organize and move the holiday weekend traffic through.
Great service from the front desk to the return process. Well done!
