I really like the instructors and workouts at Alchemy 365 but be warned - they have some frustrating aspects in their terms of service. If you have to cancel for a couple months, they require a full billing cycle's notice or you will be charged for the next month. So I just tried to cancel starting next month and they said I will be charged for one more month... I haven't had this experience with any other gyms.

F45 is fantastic. Talk about a tough workout with a great community!! This studio is so motivational and makes working out as fun as it can be. Also note that the studio is very clean, has ample parking and nice amenities.

Wow where do I begin? Not only were Janey, Hali, Kendel amazing instructors helping to correct my form to get the most out of each of my 3 free classes and workouts... they also operate a tight clean ship with an immaculate, top tier, interior facility complete with dope showers and good vibes all around. I love the experience there and will most def be comin back for moThank you alchemy 365 and your whole crew! Yu all are dope as hell

I joined Alchemy and enjoyed the classes. When I moved out of state, I was told I would forfeit a large number of unused passes. Instead I put my account on hold for three months ($5/month charge) in case I could use them during visits.Forgot all about Alchemy until I saw $109/month charges on credit card last two months. When I contacted Alchemy and asked for a refund since I no longer lived in state, I was told “there’s nothing we can do.”No reminder email that my “on hold” was expiring. Just started rebilling and said “tough luck” when I realized my error.“Nothing we can do.” So lame. Something you could do is refund money that was paid to you because of oversight, not for services rendered. It seems like such a normal and friendly thing to do.Yes it was my error but it truly was a mistake and this “wellness” company could have made a fan for life by refunding money they didn’t earn. Instead, they kept the money. Disappointing.I see your response. If you remember, I had accumulated unused sessions which I would have forfeited so I put on hold to see if I’d be able to use them. You knew I had moved, yet you started billing me again.The fact that you’re unwilling to refund two months of fees to someone who you know can’t use your club says a lot. You could have just been a normal friendly business here and you weren’t.

I became a member in fall 2022. I tore my ACL in January, and I asked to cancel my membership (via Alchemy's cancellation form). I had to request cancellation 4 times total before resolving the issue. I enjoyed the membership while I could use it, but it was a big hassle while I was already dealing with injury, surgery, etc.

I’ve been attending classes here for about 12 months and I love this gym. The people who teach are great, the classes are tough, and the booking and scheduling is easy and flexible. Would highly recommend!

Clearly an unpopular opinion based on the 5 star reviews, but hoping more people think this and just were shy to speak up but…I went for a class and the clear focus is doing as many reps/packing in as much as possible into the workout. Kind of like the “workout 101 for people with A.D.D.” That wasn’t my main issue though. There was zero guidance or correction from the instructor after initial explanation. She was just there as a hype person. I saw so many people in front of me doing exercises with bad posture or form; they were just trying to complete the exercises on time rather than doing them correctly. I am certainly no fitness wizard, but the importance of form over reps is pretty well-known and obvious. I think some people will have long term issues if they keep doing this class with incorrect form and without guidance from a true fitness instructor.

Highly recommend this for a great fast-paced workout! I happened to be in Denver visiting family and was looking for a good workout class. We don't have Alchemy 365 in Boston, but I'll definitely be their first customer if they move east. I went to the upper body strength class with Sarah. From the moment I walked in the door, Sarah was super engaging. She walked me through the faculty, introduced me to the format, and checked in throughout the class on everything from my form to making sure I could keep up with with the workout. All the workouts here start and end up some fast paced yoga and stretching. I really appreciated this because I frequently leave workout classes without stretching and regret it the next day. The facilities don't look like much from outside, but I was happy to find that they have plenty of available towels and showers with shampoo and body wash if you don't want to immediately go home after your sweat inducing workout. They also have lockers where you can add a lock. Everything you need for class is provided so you just need to bring yourself. Definitely check out a class here and ask for Sarah!

An inclusive community of hard-working, motivated people! I appreciate the combination of cardio, strength, and yoga, and I feel stronger after one month of classes. The coaches are great and offer helpful pointers on form & technique throughout class, which I think is super valuable. Have loved my classes with Sarah, Hali, Krysta, and Rachel! Looking forward to more growth with this awesome group.

I have just moved out of Denver, and Alchemy will be one of the things I miss the most. I never really considered exercise classes before a friend brought me to the Tennyson studio as a guest, and now I am looking for studios that will replicate what I found there!I went for the basic membership pricing (options are on their website); I traveled a lot and was playing other sports about 3 days of the week so the basic membership worked well for me. They do occasionally offer free classes, which I would usually hop on! I usually went in the mornings; class sized varied between 8-20 people or so but instructors were really great about walking around and correcting form, offering encouragement, etc. Every workout I did was fun, challenging, and my favorite part - wrapped up in less than an hour, so I could go home, shower, and start my day feeling great. Facilities are super clean; they do have merchandise and lots of membership/class offerings but it never felt like they were pushing that on. I felt a little intimidated my first class but I think they do a great job of walking through the exercises early and there's plenty of room for modifications if you need. Most workouts require some form of weight; my favorites were usually cardio days or lower body strength. I'll miss you Alchemy!!
