Griselda made me feel like an inconvenience despite being the only customer in the store. Made no efforts to assist and was rude to her coworkers in my presence. Despite having gotten glasses here before I won’t ever return due to extremely poor customer service.

I was charged twice $250. When I tried to ask why after paying they said I wasn’t.. so I’m a liar? when I called days later after the transactions posted I wasn’t offered any help or solution on why I was double charged, or verifying the last 4 of which card it came from. I used ApplePay after trying (successfully, “transaction approved”) with my physical card. Yet was told it didn’t go through.. She couldn’t care what my issue was for that matter. I work FT 6 days/week and her only solution was for me to go all the way back there to verify information. I couldn’t waste my time because I knew she wouldn’t be able to do anything or try. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND FRAUDULENT BEHAVIOR. Reported*update*After missing work because the manager was only there a specific day to troubleshoot my issue I was left with an even worse experience. The staff struggled for over 30min trying to figure out how to do a return, then they magically figured it out, accessed the info yet still I was left short $3 to their amusement. Funds returned 3 business days later… My FICO suffered, loss of income, and ultimately I 100% regretted ever going there . DO YOUR RESEARCH

It only took a week my glasses. I broke mine a week ago and called every couple days to see if they were in. I'm sure it was annoying, but everyone was extremely professional and nice. Great place!

Worst customer service I have EVER HAD! Do not get an eye exam at this place! Crystal the manager was completely rude and disrespectful calling me irresponsible and hostile when I asked her questions about why they were unwilling help me get trial contacts to get by with until a box arrived. She wasn't willing to help at all and instead blamed the customer for being irresponsible! Unbelievable that this lady has a job. I am calling corporate to provide them with the recording of our conversation. Somebody needs to get rid of this bad apple as soon as possible! Don’t waste your time here. Horrible receptionist with an attitude right away from walking in - threw the trials on the table after minutes of her arguing she wouldn’t be giving me them and then began raising her voice about policies that turned out to be made up till we got so uncomfortable and left. Guess she was in a bad mood because she had to take out one airpod to talk to us instead of her friend on the phone! Or maybe we rubbed her the wrong way for interrupting her from eating all over the desk. The next day we actually went to another location and found out she used to work there till they kicked her out and she came running here. Not the first time this location has had a unprofessional staff but definitely the last time my family goes here. If you care about your eyes don’t go here! They’d rather leave you blind because they only care about taking your money.

I was trying to pick up my trial contacts but the store wasn’t open as they say on google page and sign. I waited over 15 minutes from 9 and gave up.

Rude staff, and not professional at all. Will not be returning to this business. Stay away if you want good customer service. Also spent almost 60$ for some contacts and they wouldn't give me a contact case. I've been a customer since 2006 and never had this poor of an experience. The only good thing here was the friendly girl at the counter who was very nice.

I've been going here for years, never had big issues. However, during my most recent appointment, the Dr and I discussed the contacts I wanted(the same ones I've used for years). She wrote out the correct contacts on a script, but when she entered it in the computer, she entered the wrong contacts. The wrong ones got ordered, unknown to me. When they came in, I called them back and requested to return those and have the correct ones ordered. Apparently this is a huge inconvenience, I was met with attitude by the manager when I brought them back to the store, and told I had to meet with the Dr again. This is a simple clerical error! I should not have to miss work to have them fix this. I will be ordering my own contacts, and looking for a new optometrist.

I don't know why i even came back to this place! Last time i Ordered transition lens for glasses and only right eye is working not the left one coz they didn't put transition on the other.when i talk to the guy gave it to me and i ask him why only one is transitioning and he's response was, did you want both of them?i ordered both i was kinda shock lol. Now we went back after a year .they need new employees. Acting smart but don't know what was they doing.Never again!

I initially wasn’t happy with my 1st experience here from the staff at this location & my purchases but I was contacted back from corporate and everything got resolved and I experienced some of the best customer service I’ve ever gotten. They most definitely went out of their way to make sure all my purchases were corrected and fixed everything in a timely manner. Very big thanks to District Manager Kelly G!!
