I went here today to cash a few checks. the teller made several unsavory comments to me the entire time. She kept pretending to have a hard time pronouncing my name, even though she had no problem pronouncing the account holder's name that issued the check (its the same name). She then proceeded to question my "nationality", saying "huh, what nationality are you, anyways? Irish? Scottish?". For the record, no, I am not Irish or Scottish, nor do I look Irish or Scottish. I didn't walk into your branch to give lessons in etymology, or teach people about my heritage, and your tellers asking customers (complete strangers) oddly personal questions like that is wildly inappropriate. Won't ever be back, and within the week, my account holding family members will all switch to a better bank too. horrible experience. DO NOT GO HERE, DO NOT BANK WITH THEM. Anywhere else is better.

This review is mainly for the tele bank ANB makes it so hard to get simple questions answered asking security questions and all answers are wrong and I am on my daughters account and all my info is always wrong last time it took two days to find out my daughters card was compromised and she is on disability why is it everytime we try to go on the phone with you guys it's so dang difficult my personal bank I never have this kind of trouble getting through maybe I should close this account and go with my bank for my daughter and her SSDI

We had a notary appointment set up at the UPS in Cherry Creek at 4:30 on a Friday to sign some loan docs. When we got there we were told that the notary had left for the day, despite our appointment which was booked days in advance. We wanted to get our docs notarized and shipped out that weekend, and were told ANB Bank might be able to help us out.We walked over as quickly as we could, and got in the door about 4:50... not expecting much help that late in the day before a weekend. We were pleasantly surprised when we were welcomed in and told they would be able to get our docs notarized, no problem.The whole team we interacted with was pleasant and accommodating, especially Elise Law who sat with us and chatted while flipping through 50+ pages of documents, signing/stamping as she went.It was a stark contrast from our UPS experience (at UPS, had an appointment set up, but told they couldn't help us vs. at ANB Bank, not having an appointment but still being super helpful). Thank you to everyone at this ANB Bank location who assisted us, you all made our day!

Received a phone call today from possible management and they seemed to really care about the issue from my last review. I deleted it now. Thankfully they were able to answer my question finally. I feel a little better now.

You can't get a person on the phone. I've left 2 messages without a reply. Our business account debit card expired. They said they had sent a new one that we never received. We went in to order another one which I was told would be expedited (about 3 business days). It's been 2 weeks & still no card. I had to call the CO Springs branch just to get a live person. They couldn't even get a Denver rep on the phone but accessed the account & said no debit card was ever ordered. They also said there would be a $50 fee if I wanted to order ANOTHER but would need to fill our more paperwork since all of ours was lost. Don't use this bank!

Fired an employee after the employee made mistakes, but offered minimal training and only criticism. Not even constructive criticism.Supervisor favors an employee who causes issues with everyone within the department.Attempted to fire another employee who had an unruly customer which caused her to be distressed. After she asked for help from her supervisor they berated her a caused her to cry.I think they're firing people to hire new people at lower rates. Beware.

If I could give negative stars, I would. About a week before the pandemic hit, $215k was wired out of one of our business accounts. The bank immediately claimed they weren't at fault and said we were victims of fraud. I have several audio recordings of the fraudster, which the bank shared. Despite the bank being clearly at fault, they wouldn't help resolve the situation. Many months later, after a painful discovery and mediation process, we won our case... but only after we had spent $240k on legal fees, as they counter sued us, and also came after me personally. We couldn't recover our legal fees, per the (non-negotiable) cash management agreement you have to sign when you open your account. This bank is unethical. They're liars. Thieves.... You name it. Don't walk away from this institution. Run. Faster than the wind.

Neil is a very capable and accommodating banker. In April 2020 he helped us apply for and receive a very much-needed PPP loan from the federal government at a time that very few banks were able to understand and navigate the convoluted application process. Without his help we would never have received the funds. We were able to apply for funds again in January 2021, and the process was smooth and painless. I highly recommend Neil for his timely, detailed, and ethical work. Neil is personable, friendly, easy to work with, very conscientious and reliable.

Always slow service, they stole $10 from someone who left it in their drive through tube. I do the same thing every single month but the tellers are always confused about it and make me wait for no reason
