If I could give this company and negative rating I would. By far one of the least professional and unorganized company I've ever worked with. first off they never came to my house to do an estimate on the amount of belongings I own which is necessary to actually start the process so they illegally started it. Then when they called to ask what belongings I did have they acted like I was inconveniencing them they ignored all of my phone calls did not keep in touch with me when the movers got there I'm pretty sure one of them was high on meth they started at noon and didn't leave my house until almost midnight. When they showed up they didn't have the right size box for my oversized couch so they proceeded break into the front and storage compartment where other people's belongings were to fit my couch in. Also shoving it in the front of the truck on its side and tour the Upholstery and cracked the wooden frame. I helped them load up my motorcycle and they said they would not put anything but soft objects in with it I left to go buy them Gatorade and when I came back they had thrown lamps picture frames and other heavy items on it and promised there was nothing that would damage my motorcycle once I open the crate my brand new motorcycle had scuff marks all over the front and rear fender. This company should not be employed by the military and I do not recommend anyone having them move their belongings.

Courteous, industrious, conscientious. We helped two friends unpack with Apaca and all of the moving pros were absolutely fantastic

This company gets a ZERO STAR rating for HORRIBLE service This company was contracted by the USAF to ship our best friends to Belgium so that the husband could teach on the SHAPE campus for NATO. Someone came in to assess the amount of time to pack and said it could be done in one day. It took them three days to complete the packing. After everything had been crated. She was asked to sign off on the shipment. She did so in good faith without being advised that she needed to check all cupboards, top shelves etc. In cleaning the following day we discovered several objects had been moved to the back of top shelves, where she would not be able to see them without the step stool that had already been crated. When we contacted the company we were told that they would not pack or ship the items they had placed there as we had signed off on the shipment. They have completed many trans-continental moves and have never had issues and rudeness like this. In addition, the movers thought that it was a good idea to spit out their gum on the floor of the balcony, remove their shirts, take extended breaks for phone calls etc. etc. etc.
