It’s okay to offer recommendations of other alcohols if you don’t carry something the customer wants because it could lead into a potential sale.
The issue arises when you offer unsolicited opinions surrounding the kind & quality of alcohol the customer chooses to consume.
The goal is to secure the sale and sadly it fell through.
Im sure it was well intended, however it was not needed.
First impressions can leave a lasting impact.

Hi Boss! This is the Benz. These teens 8/6/23 are not doing a good job. Bottles are not pulled forward on shelves,they on TikTok, etc. No greeting at the door, people could walk in & grab a bottle and bounce. They are not paying attention. Luv ya, just an observation.
