I called them a little after 11pm when I had dropped my engine oil cap in the engine bay and they sent someone out to get it! Saved me so much as I was unable to get it myself and had a long road trip the next morning.

José with APT was very professional and caring when I had my truck towed from Aurora to Thornton after a motor vehicle accident that disabled my vehicle. My insurance company was trying to use another tow company that had an eta of two hours but reached out to APT and they responded quick. Literally received a call from Jose as soon as I hanged up with my insurance company. Jose asked for map drop location and showed up within fifteen minutes. Communication from Jose/APT was very fast, quick and easy. Never had an issue and feel like I was definitely taken care of properly.

Ignore bad reviews. World is full of entitled people. These folks are very polite and very fast to respond.

Absolutely ridiculous business. I was misled on a quote to tow a car under two miles by the owner of the company, Karen. She told me I misunderstood her and should take the issue up with the shop where the car was towed. The shop also misquoted the relationship with APT and the rate. Both decided it was my fault and I was stuck with the bill. There are a lot of towing companies to choose from. These guys have a 2.4 average rating for a reason. Find someone else to tow your vehicle.

We were charged $175 to obtain our stolen moped that was towed to this facility with the assurance that “from the submitted photos, it looks intact and potentially driveable”. However, given the moped was stored at a different lot 15 minutes away, we had to pay the fee before we could even see it. Once we did see it and determined it obviously was not rideable—barely even moveable without spilling gas everywhere—we were denied a refund and promised copies of the submitted photos that never came. (The seat wasn’t even the original seat and completely detached). The photos attached to this post are ones I took as proof that anyone who has eyesight would clearly see this moped was NOT intact and most definitely not driveable. We were forced to leave it outside the gated area because “they have no use for it” and not given any other options or money back. Everyone was very friendly until I called back asking how this extortion could be legal and then became very unprofessional, never following up as promised. Essentially, I paid $175 to have my moped stolen with no attempt to reconcile this misstep. I cannot believe the Adam’s County police department used this towing service—I will be filing a complaint and call to use literally any other business.

Do not use this company! I made an an appointment two day ahead and no one came or call. I waited 2 hours. They are not even 1 star!

This is the most unprofessional company I have ever dealt with. I pulled up to an apartment complex, there was no parking so I pulled off the road next to a construction site at 1030 at night so the site was not active , no workers and fenced off. The tow truck driver proceeds to pull up in the middle of the road, gets out and starts walking towards my car, writing down my license plate number. My windows are heavily tinted, so I rolled my window down, and I asked him if he was worried about my car. He told me I could not park there. I said, I apologize, please give me two minutes I'm just waiting for a friend to come out. My car was still running. he said he could not do that and I needed to move. I said, could I please just get 2 to 3 minutes? I'm not in anyone's way, I'm just waiting for my friend to come out.. he told me no again, so I asked him if he was planning to tow my car with me in it and he said yes, he would hook my car up so I could not leave and tow it away. So I asked politely again to please give me just two minutes. He walked back to his truck and started backing up at me at a very high rate of speed. I had to throw my car in reverse so that he would not hit my car. At this point, I tried to give up and just start turning around and he gets out of the truck and starts yelling profanities at me. It was so bad that a woman that was walking down the street walked up to my car and asked me if I was OK. She was fearful. He was going to do something to me. I called the tow company and they didn't seem to care. If this is a representation of this company, you should never use them for any of your towing needs. Griffin apartment complex off of Huron downtown should discontinue their contract with them.

The gentleman who assisted me with the towing was incredibly friendly & extremely helpful. I literally never had such a nice experience with a tow company!

One of their tow truck drivers hit the flatbed of their truck into my truck mirror and bent the door. They refused to pay for the damage.

My signifigant others MUCH LOVED truck was stolen and towed by APT towing. We were told by the police department that all he needed was the case number to see it.....So we went down there yesterday and saw that they were closed. Our fault for not checking the hours before going all the way down there. The person was very apologetic and told him to come back today, however what she failed to mention was he needed a copy of his original registration not a copy that the Insurance company ALREADY HAS.Now all he wanted to do was take pictures and see what shape the cab/engine/parts was in and maybe to put something over the back window so the rain didn't go into the cab.So he once again went down there to just see it and maybe take some pictures and was turned away again by a VERY RUDE/ARROGANT WOMAN, since he did not have the ORIGINAL registration. Now the insurance company is going to tow this to their yard for evaluation MAYBE depending on how crapy APT is going to be....So he was taking pictures of his truck over the fence and one of APT's workers was standing in the doorway and blocking his view. Oh, by the way this truck has Semi Wheel tires so it's fairly high. ...My significant other said excuse me, I am taking pictures and the worker stood there purposefully blocking his view for no other reason that spite. And WHY is a worker getting into the truck anyways when it's not going anywhere? So apparently this company ONLY cares about the money and has NO compassion or patience and doesn't care what their employees do to taunt the customers. This is NOT a way to run a company, if you have a choice of towing companies, you may want to choose any OTHER company but APT. If we had known we would have chosen another company if we could........Cant wait to be done with these people.

APT Service was dispatched to me via my insurance company for a tow; after looking up the reviews for the company, I was worried.. but I had a fantastic experience getting my car towed. I called the main office and they assured me someone was on the way within the hour, they also listened to my concerns as I was flying out that day.Pat, the driver, texted me to let me know he was on his way and when he arrived he was nothing but professional and friendly. I gave Pat the keys to my car and walked away feeling comfortable and confident things would be taken care of... and they were. A+ thank you!Getting your car towed is stressful, but APT made it easy.

Called Geico for road side assistance because my brakes seized. My vehicle was stuck in the middle of the road at a busy Washington Park intersection, unablr to even be pushed off out of the way because the brakes would not disengage. I called their office to see if they could expedite my pickup due to the unsafe location that the vehicle was stuck in. I also wanted to make sure they had a car dolly because the wheels would not turn, and loading it into a flatbed would be very difficult and to damage my vehicle. The office staff was very rude on the phone and I basically just had to wait for them to get there whenever they get there, which at the time was an estimated hour long wait. Thankfully I found someone else to assist much sooner. Unfortunate that insurance companies don't scrutinize their vendors more, and we're left to suffer with sub-par service from companies that just don't care enough to do any better.

There's a reason this company has 2.9 stars - and to be honest, I'm very surprised they have that many. If I were able to give negative stars, I would. GEICO dispatched them today to come get my car. Just by coincidence, there was a similar car parked across the street and a couple of doors down. The tow driver pulled up in front of that car and got ready to load it on the tow truck. Thankfully my neighbor came out and stopped him. The driver a) never checked the address against the order he received, and b) never asked the last name of the owner of the vehicle. I happened to come out and redirected him to my house and told him that an easy way to prevent confusion like that (and to make sure he doesn't tow the wrong vehicle) is to check the pickup address and verify the owner's last name. He got an attitude with me and started calling me "bro" - totally unprofessional and disrespectful. He then got back in his truck and sped away, driving well over the speed limit in a completely residential neighborhood. If your insurance company dispatches this towing company, I would tell them you want someone else. Like I said, there's a reason this company has such a bad rating...

The man who towed my car deserves 5 stars. He was fast and friendly and super helpful. Unfortunately while my car was in their tow yard their dog(s) very clearly climbed all over my car. Very clear footprints all over the top of it. I called, to let them know that I wasn't happy about it and to give a heads up that maybe they should watch that. I ALSO wanted to tell her that this was disappointing bc the guy had been so nice. The woman I spoke with responded with defensive lies, saying the dogs stay in the building....what she didn't know is while I was waiting for my ride home one of the dogs jumped onto the table I was waiting at and then tried to climb all over me. So, obviously they don't stay inside. I also had to wait for them to be put inside when I arrived. I couldn't even finish what I had to say bc she immediately jumped into defense mode so I just hung up...not worth my time. I love dogs- but keep them off of me and my car. Simple. And don't be rude. A simple "I'm so sorry, thanks for letting us know- we will watch them" is all that needed to happen. I didn't want to leave a bad review bc the guy truly was so helpful but mean girl attitude isn't cool, ever. She mocked me, and laughed. Not a good look for the face of a business that is typically helping people in stressful situations. Recommend the towing, just don't leave your car in their yard. And hopefully you don't have to communicate with the office support staff.

This guy broke my push start bottom and they didn't want to pay for it the best way to make them pay is sending them to court for damaging my property
