I came by this store today looking for a chair and Jenn helped me out so much! She helped me jenga my new chair into the car and was so peppy and helpful.

It's a huge store with a lot of things to go through, but the prices are extremely high compared to other thrift stores in the area.
Like $15-20 for knickknacks that are $2 elsewhere, baby clothes $4-5 that are $2 elsewhere, etc.

My first time here, the cashier was extremely friendly and pleasant. Every single time that I've been here since, the employees are unbearably rude. The manager is also very rude. I understand if someone is having a bad day or isn't the biggest fan of their job, but taking that out on customers is not okay.

The prices are out of control here. Stuff from the dollar tree being sold for 3-4 dollars. Mugs were literally between $7-$10.

Favorite Arc! Can't belive how big it is! Good music, fast crew putting out stock and helping with fitting rooms and fast getting to open the jewelry cases for you... super great experience shopping there and we can't wait to go back for more treasures! Clean and safe parking lot area. You won't be disappointed

This ARC location is a pile of trash not because of the products they put out, but mainly the people who manage and work for this company. the manager for this location "Beverly Acosta" stands by the egregious prices her employees put out on BROKEN ITEMS that they clearly don't test (like they say they do) and won't refund even with the tag still on as instructed. Not to mention her inability to hire employees who won't smoke meth in the back of the vacant building next door (Furniture Attendant "Danny"). My complaints don't end there, the production ladies are rude when putting things on the shelf especially "Nelly" and often times aggressively holding valuable items probably so their peers can come buy for a very low price to resell. For a company that claims they are helping the community they seem to be doing quite the contrary by blatantly ripping their customers off, and enabling drug addicts with a paycheck.

I was really impressed with how much stuff was there. So much to look at! I enjoyed my visit here and it was easy to find things. I was also shocked at how big the store was. Prices are just right and I believe every Saturday is half off almost everything. I definitely recommend coming here to thrift shop!

Worst customer service ever... been going here for 4 years ... went in with my 2 kids n husband n wannabe cop told us to remove our baby bag which was a small backpack that we always take while allowing old ladies to walk in with big purses and said nothing... manager was just as bad knows we always spend lots of money there n never once asked us to remove our backpack... ridiculous!

They have a great selection but they know it and so it’s INSANELY expensive. I thrift frequently and this is the most expensive store I’ve been to in the entire metro area. I’m talking retail store prices. I saw a vase that was more expensive than the original price tag that was still attached. Just really unnecessary and crazy considering this is all donated.

#pleAsed...the Mangement is completely horrible. Starting from the Store Manager, Maria. She allows any & everyone to disrespect her employees & the merchandise. Customers come in lounge & loiter all day. I caught "ACQUIRED COMMUNITY PNEUMONIA"...from how the Store manager runs the store. She also takes advantage of her disable employees, by allowing the capable employees (with disabilities)mentally abuse the other capable employees(with disabilities). Still ones w/disabilities. I was refused my hoilday pay (Thanksgiving) which is a federal hoilday. Maria purposely waited until the deadline passed to give me the papers so that will allow me to have my hoilday pay?? My benefit package was due by 11/13/2023. Maria didn't get it to me until after the fyrst of Dec. The assistant Store manager Betty threatened "adbondment" charges on me after l explained to her l had seizures & wasn't feeling good needed to go home. If l go home it's consider "adbondment"
