Sketch parking lot and somewhat questionable people? Possibly but this location is chock full of goodies! I typically stop here on their can't-be-beat 50% off tag days on Saturday (buyer beware, not all tags, just three or four colors) and have found a lot of quality stuff.....ski coats, Sorel boots, Tory Burch tops, etc. You just gotta be patient and sift through the inventory! Staff is helpful and friendly with check out or if you want to check out something in the cases. Even though it can look a bit questionable (and more work for me in my quest to be less judgmental), this is one of the better organized ARCs out there.

Charged me 129$ for a 12$ table. When I tried to tell them what happened the employee who gave me the receipt paper for the items tried to say I was wrong!! Then when I pulled around back to pick up my items not only did I have to put the table in myself (the arc I usually go to never does this) but they also forgot to bring out my chairs. The whole ordeal probably took about 45 minutes from the time of purchase to finally having my stuff and leaving. 129$ instead of 12$ is a BIG mistake to be making but I was willing to let it slide as long as I got my money back but the fact the employee had the audacity to say I was wrong and didn't even apologize for it is just ludicrous. Not to mention when you go around back to grab stuff it's a very narrow alley that you have to reverse all the way back out of for about 80 feet to leave

I use to work here until I was told I could not get cleaned up and change my clothes after bleeding through my tampon and jeans, because there always has to be a supervisor in the store at all times. I understand that under normal circumstances, but I still had 5 hours left on my shift, there was no way I was going to stay in bloody bloody clothes, nor should I be expected to. That is unsanitary and inhumane. Ramos Law firm was excited to pick up my case!!! PAY DAY!!! Thank you Lorena ??

one of my favorite arcs (2nd only to the one in Longmont she's the loml) I find sm nice vintage stuff here ♡♡ their shoe selection is usually really nicely organized (some stores are so all over the place w sizing) and they even have a pretty nice men's selection compared to a lot of thriftss

White, pink, blue and orange are 50% off today. So basically everything except yellow tags. The funny thing is that 85% of the store is marked with yellow tags. And the prices are all over the place. This company has turned into a greedy joke and gone so far downhill. Will not be returning.

I need to echo some of the reviews on here. I am an avid shopper of the arc and used to love this one but whoever they put in charge of pricing is off their rockers. $50 for a single golf club. I get the pricers probably don’t know golf clubs too well but knew callaway is a premium brand, but at least look up the prices if you are trying to be competitive with golf shops/eBay! The club is actually worth about $10 on open market and the fact that the inventory is all donated and you’re trying to charge $50 is just a bad look.

I typically love Arc, but this particular store absolutely shocked me. The prices are ALL over the place and many are absurdly overpriced for what the item is, not exaggerating (see photos). Driving up prices this much for items received for FREE exploits people who need to shop secondhand, period. Overpriced items will never get sold, even at the max discount of 50%, and will end up as textile waste in the landfill, the thing thrift stores are supposedly trying to help counteract. ?

I've been shopping at this location for years. Recently,in my opinion this store has really gone downhill. Ridiculous prices,Very rude employees ( follow you around store ) not to mention the security, walking up to people's shopping carts, looking in carts, wanting to search people's property. Going into this store feels more like a violation, than a great shopping experience.Wont be returning

So I used to live across the street from this one and would walk here almost once a week. Recently, over the past year or so, it’s gone extremely down hill. They’re overflowing with inventory because the have INSANE prices on just about everything. Worst arc in the area by a mile. Go to literally any arc for better service and pricing.
